| dc.description | A study of educational leadership characteristic of executives in schools of Chiang Rai Municipality city has the objectives of this research to study 1) to study educational leadership characteristic of executives 2) to compare educational leadership characteristic of executives classified by educational background and work experiences. The sample was the administrators and teacher of schools in Chiang Rai Municipality school city 201 people. The instruments used in this study were five-level rating scale questionnaire with the reliability 0.870 and the data were analyzed by descriptive statistics include percentage, frequency average, standard deviation, T-test (Independent Samples) and inferential statistics: One-way ANOVA. The results of the study found; 1) Educational leadership characteristic of executives in schools of Chiang Rai Municipality city overall are the highest levels. Considering in orders, the highest mean to the lowest one was as follows: Willingness to experiment and create new innovations or services, Hunger for new knowledge, wisdom-based society, and develop new capabilities, Create and re-envisioning, Digital worker and Digital Native, and Become digitally fluent and professional growth or development. 2) The comparison of educational leadership characteristic of executives in schools of Chiang Rai Municipality city classified by educational background were different with no statistical significance. But classified by work experiences were different with no statistical significance but in Create and re-envisioning was statistically significant at 0.05. | |
| dc.description.abstract | การศึกษาค้นคว้าด้วยตัวเองในครั้งนี้ มีวัตถุประสงค์ 1) เพื่อศึกษาคุณลักษณะภาวะผู้นำทางการศึกษาของผู้บริหารยุคดิจิทัล โรงเรียนในสังกัดเทศบาลนครเชียงราย 2) เพื่อเปรียบเทียบคุณลักษณะภาวะผู้นำทางการศึกษาของผู้บริหารยุคดิจิทัล โรงเรียนในสังกัดเทศบาลนครเชียงราย โดยจำแนกตามวุฒิการศึกษา และประสบการณ์การทำงาน กลุ่มตัวอย่างที่ใช้ในการวิจัย ได้แก่ ผู้บริหารสถานศึกษา และครูโรงเรียนสังกัดเทศบาลนครเชียงราย จำนวน 201 คน เครื่องมือที่ใช้ในการวิจัย คือ แบบสอบถาม สถิติที่ใช้ในการวิเคราะห์ข้อมูลได้แก่ การแจกแจงความถี่ ค่าร้อยละ ค่าเฉลี่ย ค่าเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน สถิติที่ใช้ได้แก่ การทดสอบ T-test และ One way ANOVA เมื่อพบความแตกต่างกัน ทำการเปรียบเทียบความแตกต่างรายคู่โดยวิธีของเชฟเฟ่ (Sheffe's method) ผลการวิจัย พบว่า 1) คุณลักษณะภาวะผู้นำทางการศึกษาของผู้บริหารยุคดิจิทัล โรงเรียนในสังกัดเทศบาลนครเชียงราย ในภาพรวมอยู่ในระดับมาก เมื่อพิจารณารายด้าน พบว่า ด้านที่มีค่าเฉลี่ยมากที่สุด คือ ด้านเต็มใจทดลอง ด้วยความอยากรู้อยากเห็นทางปัญญา และคิดค้นนวัตกรรมหรือบริการใหม่ ๆ ด้านมีความหิวกระหายต่อความรู้ใหม่สร้างสังคมแห่งปัญญาพัฒนา ด้านการสร้างและปรับเปลี่ยนวิสัยทัศน์ ด้านส่งเสริมการสื่อสาร การใช้เทคโนโลยีสารสนเทศ และมีความเชื่อมั่นในทักษะการใช้เทคโนโลยี (Digital Native) และด้านที่มีค่าเฉลี่ยน้อยที่สุด คือ ด้านพัฒนาความคล่องตัว ความเชี่ยวชาญสู่ความเป็นมืออาชีพทางดิจิทัล 2) การเปรียบเทียบคุณลักษณะภาวะผู้นำทางการศึกษาของผู้บริหารยุคดิจิทัล โรงเรียนในสังกัดเทศบาลนครเชียงราย จำแนกตามระดับวุฒิการศึกษา ภาพรวมมีความแตกต่างอย่างไม่มีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติ และจำแนกตามประสบการณ์การทำงาน ภาพรวมมีความแตกต่างอย่างไม่มีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติ แต่ในด้านการสร้างและปรับเปลี่ยนวิสัยทัศน์ มีความแตกต่างอย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติที่ 0.05 | |
