ความหลากหลายของแพลงก์ตอนพืชและคุณภาพน้ำกว๊านพะเยา ปี 2560

| dc.description | This study aims to know the biodiversity of phytoplankton, the water quality and relations between phytoplankton and water quality parameters which was done during April to September 2017. It found all phytoplankton classified into 7 Divisions, 36 Genera and 58 Species with the most species number and frequency by Pediastrum simplex var. echinulate Wittrock. As the result of Shannon-Wiener's Biodiversity Index, it found higher phytoplankton diversity in the rainy season than these in the summer. The highest phytoplankton diversity was presented in the west site of Kwan Phayao which located near the agricultural area. As the result of analyzing relations among water quality parameters, sampling sites, species and number of phytoplankton using Multivariate Statistical Package (MVSP) evaluated by Canonical Correspondence Analysis (CCA), it found 3 groups of relations as the following 1) Trachelomonas sp.2 Trachelomonas sp.3 Strombomonas sp.3 Cryptomonas sp. And Merismopedia sp. showed the positive correlation with total nitrogen, TKN, ammonia nitrogen, organic nitrogen and nitrite.; 2) Gyrosigma sp. Trachelomonas sp.1 Cylindrospermopsis sp. showed the positive correlation with nitrite.; 3) Micractinium sp. and Pediastrum tetras (Ehrenberg) Ralfs showed the positive correlation with DO but showed the negative correlation with water quality parameters and phytoplankton species in group 1). According to water quality assessment by AARL-PP Score and AARL-PC Score, it found that the water quality was classified into mesotrophic and oligo-mesotrophic status, respectively. While the water quality assessment by Water Quality Index (WQI) resulting the water quality classified into moderate water quality standard which was evaluated into the third category as the standard of surface water of Thailand. | |
| dc.description.abstract | การศึกษานี้มีวัตถุประสงค์ เพื่อศึกษาความหลากหลายทางชีวภาพของแพลงก์ตอนพืช คุณภาพน้ำและความสัมพันธ์ระหว่างแพลงก์ตอนพืชกับคุณภาพนํ้าในกว๊านพะเยา ระหว่างเดือนเมษายนถึงกันยายน 2560 ซึ่งในการศึกษาครั้งนี้ พบแพลงก์ตอนพืชทั้งหมด 7 Divisions 36 Genera 58 Species โดยชนิดที่พบจำนวนมากที่สุดและบ่อยที่สุด คือ Pediastrum simplex var. echinulatum Wittrock จากดัชนีความหลากหลายทางชีวภาพของ Shannon-Wiener's index พบว่า ความหลากหลายของแพลงก์ตอนพืชในฤดูฝนมีมากกว่า ฤดูร้อน โดยบริเวณทิศตะวันตกของกว๊านพะเยาซึ่งอยู่ใกล้พื้นที่เกษตรกรรมนั้น มีความหลากหลายของแพลงก์ตอนพืชมากที่สุด จากการหาความสัมพันธ์ระหว่างปัจจัยคุณภาพน้ำสถานีเก็บตัวอย่าง ชนิดและปริมาณของแพลงก์ตอนพืชในกว๊านพะเยา โดยใช้โปรแกรมสถิติ Multivariated Statistical Package (MVSP) ในการวิเคราะห์ผ่าน Canonical Correspondence Analysis (CCA) พบความสัมพันธ์ 3 กลุ่ม ดังนี้ 1) Trachelomonas sp.2 Trachelomonas sp.3 Strombomonas sp.3 Cryptomonas sp. และ Merismopedia sp. มีความสัมพันธ์เชิงบวกกับไนโตรเจนรวม TKN แอมโมเนีย ไนโตรเจนที่อยู่ในรูปสารอนินทรีย์และไนไตรท 2) Gyrosigma sp. Trachelomonas sp.1 Cylindrospermopsis sp. มีความสัมพันธ์เชิงบวกกับไนเตรท 3) Micractinium sp. กับ Pediastrum tetras (Ehrenberg) Ralfs มีความสัมพันธ์เชิงบวกกับปริมาณออกซิเจนละลายนํ้าแต่มีความสัมพันธ์เชิงลบกับปัจจัยคุณภาพนํ้าและแพลงก์ตอนพืชในความสัมพันธ์กลุ่มที่ 1 จากการประเมินคุณภาพนํ้าโดยใช้วิธี AARL-PP Score และ AARL-PC Score พบว่าจัดอยู่ในระดับ Mesotrophic และ Oligo-mesotrophic ตามลำดับ ในส่วนของดัชนีคุณภาพนํ้า Water Quality index (WQI) พบว่า ค่า WQI ตลอดการศึกษาอยู่ในระดับเกณฑ์คุณภาพน้ำพอใช้ ซึ่งเทียบได้กับแหล่งน้ำผิวดิน ประเภทที่ 3 | |
