| dc.description | The objective of this research was to 1) study the level of administrative conditions of the Planning and Cooperation Department of Educational Institutions, Chiang Rai Vocational Education Office. 2) Comparison administrative conditions of the Planning and Cooperation Department of Educational Institutions, Chiang Rai Vocational Education Office. 3) Study the Guidelines for the Development of the administrative of the Planning and Cooperation Department of Educational Institutions, Chiang Rai Vocational Education Office. The research employed executives as subjects. A stratified random sample was used to collect 245 teachers and school personnel, who work for the Chiang Rai Vocational Education Office. A Consistency Index of 0.67–1.00 with a confidence level of 0.99 was found on the questionnaire used in the study. The frequency, percentage, mean, standard deviation, and One-way ANOVA analysis were the statistics utilized for the data analysis. Research findings revealed that: 1) The administrative conditions of the Planning and Cooperation Department the aspects that have the lowest average are supporting research, innovation, and invention development, and fostering collaboration with organizations outside of educational institutions both domestically and internationally. The highest average aspects are quality assurance and educational standards, planning, and budget. 2) The results of comparing the administrative conditions of the Planning and Cooperation Department as a whole executives, teachers, and staff with varying operational duties were categorized based on their positions. At this level, there was a statistically significant difference in opinion. 0.05. Additionally, there was no statistically significant variation in opinion by performance experience at the 0.05 level. | |
| dc.description.abstract | การวิจัยนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์ เพื่อ 1) ศึกษาระดับสภาพการบริหารงานฝ่ายแผนงานและความร่วมมือของสถานศึกษา สังกัดสำนักงานอาชีวศึกษาจังหวัดเชียงราย 2) เปรียบเทียบสภาพการบริหารงานฝ่ายแผนงานและความร่วมมือของสถานศึกษา สังกัดสำนักงานอาชีวศึกษาจังหวัดเชียงราย จำแนกตามตำแหน่งในการปฏิบัติงาน และประสบการณ์ในการปฏิบัติงาน 3) ศึกษาแนวทางการพัฒนาการบริหารงานฝ่ายแผนงานและความร่วมมือของสถานศึกษา สังกัดสำนักงานอาชีวศึกษาจังหวัดเชียงราย กลุ่มตัวอย่างที่ใช้ในการวิจัย ได้แก่ ผู้บริหาร ครู และเจ้าหน้าที่ของสถานศึกษาสังกัดสำนักงานอาชีวศึกษาจังหวัดเชียงราย 245 คน ที่ได้มาโดยการสุ่มแบบแบ่งชั้นภูมิ (Stratified random sampling) เครื่องมือที่ใช้ในการวิจัย คือ แบบสอบถามที่มีค่าดัชนีความสอดคล้องระหว่าง 0.67-1.00 ค่าความเชื่อมั่นเท่ากับ 0.99 สถิติที่ใช้ในการวิเคราะห์ข้อมูล คือ ค่าความถี่ ค่าร้อยละ ค่าเฉลี่ย ส่วนเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน และการวิเคราะห์ความแปรปรวนทางเดียว (One way ANOVA) ผลการวิจัย พบว่า 1) สภาพการบริหารงานฝ่ายแผนงานและความร่วมมือ โดยภาพรวมอยู่ในระดับ มาก ด้านที่มีค่าเฉลี่ยสูงสุด คือ ด้านการประกันคุณภาพและมาตรฐานการศึกษา รองลงมา คือ ด้านการวางแผนและงบประมาณ และด้านที่มีค่าเฉลี่ยน้อยที่สุด คือ ด้านการส่งเสริมความร่วมมือกับองค์กรภายนอกสถานศึกษาทั้งในและต่างประเทศ และด้านการส่งเสริมงานวิจัยพัฒนานวัตกรรมและสิ่งประดิษฐ์ 2) ผลการเปรียบเทียบสภาพการบริหารงานฝ่ายแผนงานและความร่วมมือในภาพรวม จำแนกตามตำแหน่งในการปฏิบัติงาน พบว่า ผู้บริหาร ครู และเจ้าหน้าที่ ที่มีตำแหน่งในการปฏิบัติงานต่างกัน มีความคิดเห็นต่างกันอย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติที่ระดับ 0.05 และจำแนกตามประสบการณ์ในการปฏิบัติงาน พบว่า ในภาพรวมมีความคิดเห็นแตกต่างกันอย่างไม่มีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติที่ระดับ 0.05 | |
