Abstract
การศึกษาครั้งนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์ 1) เพื่อศึกษาสภาพการดำเนินงานการให้บริการช่วยเหลือระยะแรกเริ่มสำหรับเด็กพิการ ในสถานศึกษากลุ่มเครือข่ายส่งเสริมประสิทธิภาพการจัดการศึกษา ศูนย์การศึกษาพิเศษ เขตการศึกษา 8 จังหวัดภาคเหนือตอนบน 2) เพื่อเปรียบเทียบสภาพการดำเนินงานการให้บริการช่วยเหลือระยะแรกเริ่มสำหรับเด็กพิการของศูนย์การศึกษาพิเศษในสถานศึกษากลุ่มเครือข่ายส่งเสริมประสิทธิภาพการจัดการศึกษา ศูนย์การศึกษาพิเศษ เขตการศึกษา 8 จังหวัดภาคเหนือตอนบน จำแนกตามวุฒิทางการศึกษาและประสบการณ์ในการปฏิบัติงานกลุ่มเป้าหมาย คือ บุคลากรทางการศึกษาในสถานศึกษา กลุ่มเครือข่ายส่งเสริมประสิทธิภาพการจัดการศึกษาศูนย์การศึกษาพิเศษ เขตการศึกษา 8 จังหวัดภาคเหนือตอนบน สังกัดสำนักบริหารงานการศึกษาพิเศษ โดยกำหนดกลุ่มตัวอย่างตามตารางของเครจซี่และมอร์แกน จำนวน 254 คน เครื่องมือที่ใช้ในการวิจัย แบบสอบถาม สถิติที่ใช้ในการวิจัย คือ ค่าเฉลี่ย ค่าส่วนเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน การทดสอบค่าที (t-test) และค่าเอฟ (F-Test) ผลการศึกษาพบว่า 1) สภาพการดำเนินงานการให้บริการช่วยเหลือระยะแรกเริ่มสำหรับเด็กพิการในสถานศึกษากลุ่มเครือข่ายส่งเสริมประสิทธิภาพการจัดการศึกษา ศูนย์การศึกษาพิเศษ เขตการศึกษา 8 จังหวัดภาคเหนือตอนบน ภาพรวมอยู่ในระดับมาก 2) ผลการเปรียบเทียบการศึกษาสภาพการดำเนินงานการให้บริการช่วยเหลือระยะแรกเริ่มสำหรับเด็กพิการของศูนย์การศึกษาพิเศษ ในสถานศึกษากลุ่มเครือข่ายส่งเสริมประสิทธิภาพการจัดการศึกษา ศูนย์การศึกษาพิเศษเขตการศึกษา 8 จังหวัดภาคเหนือตอนบน จำแนกตามวุฒิทางการศึกษาและประสบการณ์การในการปฏิบัติงานไม่มีความแตกต่างกัน
Description
This study aimed to 1) study the operating conditions of the initial assistance service for disabled children in educational institutions in the network group promoting educational efficiency, special education centers, educational area 8, upper northern provinces, and 2) compare the operating conditions of the initial assistance service for disabled children in educational institutions in the network group promoting educational efficiency, special education centers, educational area 8, upper northern provinces, classified by educational qualifications and work experience. The target group was educational personnel in educational institutions in the network group promoting educational efficiency, special education centers, educational area 8, upper northern provinces, under the Office of Special Education Administration. The sample group was determined according to the table of Krejci and Morgan, totaling 254 people. The research instruments were questionnaires. The statistics used in the research were mean, standard deviation, independent T-test, F-test The results of the study found that 1) Operating conditions of the initial assistance service for disabled children in educational institutions in the network group promoting educational efficiency, special education centers, educational area 8, upper northern provinces the overall picture is at a high level. 2) The results of the comparative study of the operating conditions of the initial assistance service for disabled children of the special education center in the educational institutions in the network group promoting the efficiency of education management, special education center, educational area 8, upper northern provinces, classified by educational qualifications and work experience, were not different.
