| dc.description | This study aimed to investigate the problems, user requirements, and suggestions regarding the use of the Online Form System (E-Form) of the Personnel Division at the University of Phayao. The goal was to utilize the findings to improve the system’s efficiency and align it with the operational context of the university. Data were collected through an online questionnaire from 368 personnel who had experience using the E-Form system. The data were analyzed using both quantitative and qualitative methods. The findings revealed that the most significant problem was the system’s incompatibility with certain devices (59.83%), followed by slow system performance, data loss during form completion, and a lack of clear error notifications. Additionally, many users reported difficulties contacting support staff and receiving inadequate guidance for resolving issues. In terms of user requirements, the results showed a high level of demand across all aspects. The highest-rated needs included the ability to approve forms quickly and reduce unnecessary steps, as well as maintaining approval and editing history (x̅ = 4.99). Other important requirements were access via multiple devices (x̅ = 4.9 8), the ability to save incomplete forms for later completion (x̅ = 4.98), usage statistics and reports (x̅ = 4.98), user friendly manuals (x̅ = 4.97), real-time status notifications (x̅ = 4.97), and multi-language support (x̅ = 4.93). These findings indicate that the current E-Form system still faces technological limitations in terms of interface design, accessibility, and support services. The study’s recommendations can guide future development to enhance usability, flexibility, and user satisfaction, supporting the University of Phayao’s goal of becoming a fully efficient digital university. | |
| dc.description.abstract | การวิจัยครั้งนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์ เพื่อศึกษาปัญหา ความต้องการ และข้อเสนอแนะจากผู้ใช้งานระบบแบบฟอร์มออนไลน์ (E-Form) ของกองการเจ้าหน้าที่ มหาวิทยาลัยพะเยา เพื่อนำข้อมูลที่ได้ไปใช้ในการพัฒนาและปรับปรุงระบบให้มีประสิทธิภาพ และสอดคล้องกับบริบทการทำงานจริงของบุคลากรในมหาวิทยาลัย การเก็บข้อมูลดำเนินการผ่านแบบสอบถามออนไลน์จากกลุ่มตัวอย่าง จำนวน 368 คน ซึ่งเป็นบุคลากรที่มีประสบการณ์ใช้งานระบบ E-Form โดยวิเคราะห์ข้อมูลทั้งเชิงปริมาณและเชิงคุณภาพ ผลการวิจัยพบว่า ปัญหาที่ส่งผลกระทบมากที่สุด คือ การแสดงผลไม่เหมาะสมกับอุปกรณ์ที่ใช้งาน (ร้อยละ 59.83) รองลงมา คือ ระบบทำงานช้าและไม่เสถียร การสูญหายของข้อมูลระหว่างกรอกแบบฟอร์ม และการขาดระบบแจ้งเตือนข้อผิดพลาดที่ชัดเจน นอกจากนี้ยังพบว่า ผู้ใช้งานบางส่วนไม่สามารถติดต่อเจ้าหน้าที่เพื่อขอความช่วยเหลือได้อย่างสะดวก และไม่ได้รับคำแนะนำที่สามารถแก้ไขปัญหาได้อย่างแท้จริงในด้านความต้องการ ผู้ใช้งานมีระดับความต้องการอยู่ในระดับมากถึงมากที่สุด โดยหัวข้อที่มีค่าเฉลี่ยสูงสุด ได้แก่ ความต้องการให้ระบบสามารถอนุมัติแบบฟอร์มได้อย่างรวดเร็วและลดขั้นตอนที่ไม่จำเป็น และการบันทึกประวัติการอนุมัติและการแก้ไข (x̅= 4.99) รองลงมา คือ เข้าถึงระบบได้จากอุปกรณ์หลากหลาย (x̅= 4.98) ความสามารถในการบันทึกแบบฟอร์มค้างไว้เพื่อกลับมากรอกต่อในภายหลัง (x̅= 4.98) และการแสดงรายงานหรือสถิติการใช้งาน (x̅= 4.98) รวมทั้งต้องการให้มีคู่มือการใช้งานที่เข้าใจง่าย (x̅= 4.97) ระบบแจ้งเตือนสถานะการดำเนินการ (x̅= 4.97) และสามารถรองรับได้หลายภาษา (x̅= 4.93) ผลการศึกษาในครั้งนี้ชี้ให้เห็นถึงข้อจำกัดของระบบ E-Form ในด้านเทคโนโลยี การออกแบบหน้าจอความสะดวกในการเข้าถึง และการสนับสนุนการใช้งาน ข้อเสนอแนะที่ได้สามารถนำไปใช้เป็นแนวทางในการพัฒนาระบบให้ตอบสนองความต้องการของผู้ใช้งานได้อย่างแท้จริง เพิ่มประสิทธิภาพ ความยืดหยุ่น และความพึงพอใจ ตลอดจนสนับสนุนการพัฒนามหาวิทยาลัยพะเยาให้ก้าวสู่การเป็นมหาวิทยาลัยดิจิทัลอย่างยั่งยืน | |
