ภาวะผู้นำเชิงกลยุทธ์ของผู้บริหารสถานศึกษาที่ส่งผลต่อคุณภาพการบริหารของโรงเรียนในสังกัดเทศบาลนครเชียงราย จังหวัดเชียงราย

| dc.description | The purposes of this research were to 1) study the level of strategic leadership of school administrators, 2) study the level of administration quality of school, 3) study the correlation between the strategic leadership of school administrators and the administration quality of school, and 4) create the forecasting equation for the administration quality of school under Chiang Rai Municipality, Chiang Rai Province. The sample of this research were 212 teachers from schools under Chiang Rai Municipality, which were selected by simple random sampling. The instrument was a 5-level rating scale questionnaire with the reliability was 0.942. The statistics used for data analysis were frequency, percentage, mean, standard deviation, Pearson’s correlation coefficient and stepwise multiple regression analysis. The research results were found as follows: 1) the level of strategic leadership of school administrators, overall, was at the highest level, 2) the level of administration quality of school, overall, was at the highest level, 3) the strategic leadership of school administrators was positively correlated with a relatively high level to the administration quality of school, and 4) the strategic leadership of school administrators affecting to the administration quality of school under Chiang Rai Municipality, which cloud forecasted by 81.50 percent with the statistical significance level at .01, as the forecast equation in the raw score: Ŷ = 0.278 + 0.289(X4) + 0.248(X3) + 0.243(X2) + 0.160(X1) and the forecast equation in the standard score: Ẑ = 0.355(Zx4) + 0.265(Zx3) + 0.246(Zx2) + 0.163(Zx1). | |
| dc.description.abstract | การวิจัยครั้งนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์ เพื่อ 1) ศึกษาระดับภาวะผู้นำเชิงกลยุทธ์ของผู้บริหารสถานศึกษา 2) ศึกษาระดับคุณภาพการบริหารของโรงเรียน 3) ศึกษาความสัมพันธ์ระหว่างภาวะผู้นำเชิงกลยุทธ์ของผู้บริหารสถานศึกษากับคุณภาพการบริหารของโรงเรียน และ 4) สร้างสมการพยากรณ์คุณภาพการบริหารของโรงเรียนในสังกัดเทศบาลนครเชียงราย จังหวัดเชียงราย กลุ่มตัวอย่างในการวิจัยครั้งนี้ คือ ครู สังกัดเทศบาลนครเชียงราย จำนวน 212 คน กำหนดขนาดตัวอย่างโดยใช้สูตรของทาโร่ ยามาเน่ และทำการสุ่มกลุ่มตัวอย่างแบบง่าย เครื่องมือที่ใช้เป็นแบบสอบถามแบบมาตราส่วนประมาณค่า 5 ระดับ โดยมีค่าความเชื่อมั่นของแบบสอบถามทั้งฉบับเท่ากับ 0.942 สถิติที่ใช้ในการวิเคราะห์ข้อมูล ได้แก่ การแจกแจงความถี่ ค่าร้อยละ ค่าเฉลี่ย ส่วนเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน การวิเคราะห์ความสัมพันธ์ และการวิเคราะห์การถดถอยพหุคูณ ผลการวิจัย พบว่า 1) ภาวะผู้นำเชิงกลยุทธ์ของผู้บริหารสถานศึกษา โดยภาพรวมอยู่ในระดับมากที่สุด 2) คุณภาพการบริหารของโรงเรียน โดยภาพรวมอยู่ในระดับมากที่สุด 3) ภาวะผู้นำเชิงกลยุทธ์ของผู้บริหารสถานศึกษามีความสัมพันธ์ทางบวกกับคุณภาพการบริหารของโรงเรียนในระดับค่อนข้างสูง อย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติที่ระดับ .01 และ 4) ภาวะผู้นำเชิงกลยุทธ์ของผู้บริหารสถานศึกษาสามารถพยากรณ์คุณภาพการบริหารของโรงเรียนได้ร้อยละ 81.50 อย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติที่ระดับ .01 ดังสมการพยากรณ์ในรูปคะแนนดิบ คือ Ŷ = 0.278 + 0.289(X4) + 0.248(X3) + 0.243(X2) + 0.160(X1) และสมการพยากรณ์ในรูปคะแนนมาตรฐาน คือ Ẑ = 0.355(Zx4) + 0.265(Zx3) + 0.246(Zx2) + 0.163(Zx1) | |
