Abstract
การศึกษาครั้งนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์ เพื่อศึกษาระบบการให้บริการของกองคลังเทศบาลตำบลท่าวังทอง ที่ประชาชนพึงประสงค์ และปัญหา ข้อเสนอแนะในการให้บริการที่พึงประสงค์ ประชากรกลุ่มตัวอย่าง คือ ประชาชนที่มาใช้บริการของกองคลังเทศบาลตำบลท่าวังทอง อำเภอเมือง จังหวัดพะเยา จำนวน 362 คน วิเคราะห์ข้อมูลโดยหาค่าร้อยละ ค่าเฉลี่ย และนำไปเทียบกับเกณฑ์เพื่ออภิปรายผล สรุปผลการวิจัยพบว่า ระบบการให้บริการของกองคลังเทศบาลตำบลท่าวังทอง ที่ประชาชนพึงประสงค์ อยู่ในระดับมาก โดยเรียงจากมากไปหาน้อย คือ ด้านกระบวนการหรือขั้นตอนการให้บริการ ด้านสิ่งอำนวยความสะดวก ด้านเจ้าหน้าที่หรือบุคลากรผู้ให้บริการ ด้านคุณภาพการให้บริการ ปัญหาและข้อเสนอแนะ ควรลดขั้นตอนการให้บริการ อบรมให้ความรู้แก่เจ้าหน้าที่ผู้ให้บริการ จัดหาที่นั่งพักที่สะอาด สะดวกสบาย มีมุมหนังสือ มุมกาแฟ น้ำดื่มให้บริการแก่ผู้มาติดต่อราชการ ควรมีการทบทวนถอดบทเรียนการดำเนินงานที่ผ่านมา จัดทำชุดความรู้เพื่อให้เกิดความชัดเจนยิ่งขึ้น
Description
The objectives of this research were to study the prospective of the finance division of municipalities in Tha Wang Thong Sub-district service system for people and the obstacles and recommendations towards prospective service. The samples of 362 service users from the finance division of municipalities in Tha Wang Thong Sub-district, data were analyzed with the use of the percentage and mean for compared to discuss the results were found. The results of this study showed the prospective of people was at a high level, in descending order as follows: the process, facilities, personnel carriers and the quality of service. The problems and obstacles to the prospective of people the finance division should reduce the service time, training programs for service staff, providing clean and comfortable seat, coffee corner, dirking water and library for people, include lack of the after-action review and a manual for service users to know the process of requesting for services at the finance division of municipalities in Tha Wang Thong Sub-district.
