| dc.description.abstract | การศึกษาปัจจัยที่มีผลต่อความสุขในการทำงานของบุคลากรสายสนับสนุน มหาวิทยาลัยพะเยามี วัตถุประสงค์ 1) เพื่อศึกษาระดับความสุขในการทำงานของพนักงานสายสนับสนุนมหาวิทยาลัยพะเยา และ 2) เพื่อศึกษาปัจจัยที่ส่งผลต่อความสุขในการทำงานของพนักงานสายสนับสนุน มหาวิทยาลัยพะเยา กลุ่มตัวอย่างที่ใช้ในการวิจัย ได้แก่ พนักงานสายสนับสนุนของมหาวิทยาลัยพะเยา ที่ปฏิบัติงานจริง ประจำปี 2560 จำนวน 823 คน กำหนดขนาดกลุ่มตัวอย่าง โดยใช้ตารางสำเร็จรูปของเครซี่และมอร์แกน ได้กลุ่มตัวอย่าง จำนวน 265 คน เครื่องมือที่ใช้ในการเก็บรวบรวมข้อมูล ได้แก่ แบบสอบถาม สถิติที่ใช้ในการวิเคราะห์ข้อมูล ได้แก่ ความถี่ ร้อยละ ส่วนเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน และวิเคราะห์การถดถอยพหุคูณแบบขั้นตอน (Stepwise Multiple Regression Analysis) ผลการศึกษาพบว่า ระดับปัจจัยที่มีผลต่อความสุขในการทำงานของพนักงานสายสนับสนุนมหาวิทยาลัยพะเยา ปัจจัยที่ดีที่สุดที่ส่งผลต่อความสุขในการทำงานของพนักงานสายสนับสนุนมหาวิทยาลัยพะเยา อย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติที่ระดับ 0.01 จำนวน 1 ด้าน ได้แก่ ปัจจัยด้านความสัมพันธ์ในที่ทำงาน | |
