| dc.description | The purposes of this research were to study the factors influencing the decision to work as a government employee and the factors influencing the decision to transfer as an official under Local Administrative Organization in Chiang Rai Province. The samples groups were 76 from two different groups: 38 the recruitment of an official of Local Administrative Organization and 38 the official from another department to transfer under Local Administrative Organization, data were analyzed with the use of the percentage and mean. The findings were summarized below. 1) Factors affecting the decision to work as a government employee under Local Administrative Organization in Chiang Rai province, the most was other aspects and the relationship. 2) Factor affecting the decision to transfer as an official under Local administrative Organization in Chiang Rai Province, the most was the progress and the privacy. | |
| dc.description.abstract | การศึกษาค้นคว้าด้วยตนเองครั้งนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์ เพื่อศึกษาปัจจัยที่ส่งผลต่อการตัดสินใจบรรจุ และแต่งตั้งเข้ารับราชการ เป็นพนักงานส่วนตำบลในสังกัดองค์การบริหารส่วนตำบล ในจังหวัดเชียงราย และศึกษาปัจจัยที่ส่งผลต่อการตัดสินใจ โอนมารับราชการเป็นพนักงานส่วนตำบล ในสังกัดองค์การบริหารส่วนตำบลในจังหวัดเชียงราย โดยกลุ่มตัวอย่างในการศึกษา ทั้งหมด 76 ราย โดยแบ่งเป็นผู้ที่บรรจุ และแต่งตั้งเป็นพนักงานส่วนตำบล จำนวน 38 ราย และข้าราชการอื่นที่โอนมาสังกัดองค์การบริหารส่วนตำบล จำนวน 38 ราย วิเคราะห์ข้อมูลโดยหา ค่าร้อยละ และค่าเฉลี่ย จากการศึกษาพบว่า ปัจจัยที่ส่งผลต่อการตัดสินใจบรรจุและแต่งตั้งเข้ารับราชการเป็นพนักงานส่วนตำบล ในจังหวัดเชียงราย มากที่สุด คือ ด้านอื่น ๆ ด้านความสัมพันธ์ ปัจจัยที่ส่งผลต่อการตัดสินใจโอนมารับราชการ เป็นพนักงานส่วนตำบลในจังหวัดเชียงราย มากที่สุด คือ ด้านความก้าวหน้า ด้านความเป็นอยู่ส่วนตัว | |
