| dc.description | The objectives of this research were 1) The relationship between school administrators’ transformational leadership and school effectiveness under the local government organization Chiang rai. 2) The guideline school effectiveness under the local government organization Chiang Rai. 3) The guideline relationship between school administrators’ transformational leadership and school effectiveness under the local government organization Chiang Rai. The sample done by 285 people including administrators and teachers in school service providers under the local government organization Chiang Rai. They were selected by the sample group from Krejcie and Morgan’s table. Once the sample size was obtained, proportional stratified random sampling method was used. The research instrument was a questionnaire with a rating scale up to 5. with a confidence (Reliability) value of 0.99. The statistics used in data analysis were percentage, mean, standard deviation and correlation coefficient of Pearson. The research results found that: 1) the transformational leadership of school was rated at a high level; school effectiveness ranking from the highest as follow: idealized influence, individualized consideration, intellectual stimulation, inspiration motivation and in order to create prestige. The skill with the lowest average was intellectual stimulation. 2) The school effectiveness under the local government organization Chiang rai rated at a high level; is the quality of executives follow quality of students and community. The effectiveness of institutions for teaching quality has the lowest average. 3) The relationship between school administrators’ transformational leadership and the level of school effectiveness has a positive relationship were high with, a statistical significance at .01 | |
| dc.description.abstract | การวิจัยครั้งนี้ มีวัตถุประสงค์ดังนี้ 1) เพื่อศึกษาภาวะผู้นำการเปลี่ยนแปลงของผู้บริหารสถานศึกษา สังกัดองค์กรปกครองส่วนท้องถิ่น จังหวัดเชียงราย 2) เพื่อศึกษาประสิทธิผลการบริหารสถานศึกษาขั้นพื้นฐานของผู้บริหารสถานศึกษาสังกัดองค์กรปกครองส่วนท้องถิ่น จังหวัดเชียงราย 3) เพื่อศึกษาความสัมพันธ์ระหว่างภาวะผู้นำการเปลี่ยนแปลงของผู้บริหารสถานศึกษา กับประสิทธิผลการบริหารสถานศึกษาขั้นพื้นฐาน สังกัดองค์กรปกครองส่วนท้องถิ่น จังหวัดเชียงราย กลุ่มตัวอย่างที่ใช้ในการวิจัยครั้งนี้ ได้แก่ ผู้บริหารสถานศึกษาและครูโรงเรียนในสังกัดองค์กรปกครองส่วนท้องถิ่น จำนวน 285 คน โดยสุ่มจากตารางของเครจซี่ และมอร์แกน และใช้วิธีการสุ่มตัวอย่างแบบแบ่งชั้นภูมิ เครื่องมือที่ใช้ในการวิจัยเป็นแบบสอบถามแบบมาตราส่วนประมาณค่า 5 ระดับ โดยมีค่าความเชื่อมั่น เท่ากับ 0.99 วิเคราะห์ข้อมูลโดยการหาค่าความถี่ ค่าร้อยละ ค่าเฉลี่ย ส่วนเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน และค่าสหสัมพันธ์ของเพียร์สัน (Pearson Product Moment Correlation) ผลการวิจัยพบว่า 1) ภาวะผู้นำการเปลี่ยนแปลงของผู้บริหารสถานศึกษาโดยรวม และรายด้านอยู่ในระดับมาก โดยภาวะผู้นำการเปลี่ยนแปลงที่มีค่าเฉลี่ยสูงสุด คือ ด้านการคำนึงถึงความเป็นปัจเจกบุคคลรองลงมา คือ ด้านการดลใจและด้านการสร้างบารมี ตามลำดับ ส่วนทักษะที่มีค่าเฉลี่ยต่ำสุด คือ ด้านการกระตุ้นการใช้ปัญญา 2) ประสิทธิผลการบริหารสถานศึกษาสังกัดองค์กรปกครองส่วนท้องถิ่น จังหวัดเชียงราย โดยรวมและรายด้านอยู่ในระดับมาก โดยประสิทธิผลการบริหารสถานศึกษาที่มีค่าเฉลี่ยสูงสุด คือ ด้านคุณภาพผู้บริหาร รองลงมา คือ ด้านคุณภาพผู้เรียน และด้านชุมชนตามลำดับ ส่วนประสิทธิผลของสถานศึกษาด้านคุณภาพผู้สอน มีค่าเฉลี่ยต่ำสุด 3) ความสัมพันธ์ระหว่างภาวะผู้นำการเปลี่ยนแปลง กับประสิทธิผลการบริหารสถานศึกษามีความสัมพันธ์ทางบวกระดับสูงอย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติที่ระดับ .01 | |
