ความพึงพอใจของผู้สูงอายุต่อการจัดสวัสดิการสังคมในเขตเทศบาลเมืองดอกคำใต้ อำเภอดอกคำใต้ จังหวัดพะเยา

| dc.description | The purpose of this study is to evaluate the satisfaction of elders towards providing social welfare in Dokkhamtai Municipality and to examine the problems and obstacles associated within. The populations in this study were elders who receive government assistance, living within Dokkhamtai Municipality, Dokkhamtai District, Phayao Province. This included 346 people from 26 communities. Tools for data collection were questionnaires. Statistics used for analyzing data population basic data and the elder’s satisfaction were basic descriptive Percentage Means and Standard Deviation. Results indicated that social welfare the elders receive resulted in high satisfaction rates pertaining to health promotion and exercise followed by providing volunteers to take care of the elderly and to the low-income families. The results of this study can be concluded as follows: With regard to social welfare providing, it was found that the elders have the most satisfaction on health and exercise but lacked in the Inferior to take care of the elders at home and to look after the low-income families. With respect to the service staff, it was found that the elders have the most satisfaction on the staff’s neat and clean dress followed by their courtesy to them customers. With regard to the service steps, it was found that the elders have the most satisfaction concerning convenience and timely service followed by appropriate services that serve the need of customers. With respect to convenience, it was found that the elders have the most satisfaction on convenience travel to service place, followed by the neat and clean service place. | |
| dc.description.abstract | การศึกษาครั้งนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์ เพื่อศึกษาระดับความพึงพอใจของผู้สูงอายุต่อการจัดสวัสดิการสังคมของเทศบาลเมืองดอกคำใต้ และศึกษาปัญหาอุปสรรค และข้อเสนอแนะของผู้สูงอายุต่อการจัดสวัสดิการสังคมของเทศบาลเมืองดอกคำใต้ ประชากรที่ใช้ในการศึกษาครั้งนี้ คือ ผู้สูงอายุที่มีสิทธิได้รับเบี้ยยังชีพผู้สูงอายุของเทศบาลเมืองดอกคำใต้ อำเภอดอกคำใต้ จังหวัดพะเยา 26 ชุมชน จำนวน 346 คน เครื่องมือที่ใช้เก็บรวบรวมข้อมูล ได้แก่ แบบสอบถาม สำหรับการวิเคราะห์ข้อมูล การบรรยายข้อมูลทั่วไปของประชากร และความพึงพอใจของผู้สูงอายุต่อการจัดสวัสดิการสังคม ใช้สถิติเชิงพรรณนา ได้แก่ การกระจายอัตราส่วนร้อยละ (Percent) ค่าเฉลี่ย (Means) และค่าเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน (Standard deviation) จากการศึกษาความพึงพอใจของผู้สูงอายุต่อการจัดสวัสดิการสังคมของเทศบาลเมืองดอกคำใต้ อำเภอดอกคำใต้ จังหวัดพะเยา ในครั้งนี้ พบว่า ด้านการจัดสวัสดิการสังคม พบว่า ผู้สูงอายุมีความพึงพอใจมากที่สุด ได้แก่ การสร้างเสริมสุขภาพและส่งเสริมการออกกำลังกายผู้สูงอายุ รองลงมา คือ การจัดให้มีอาสาสมัครดูแลผู้สูงอายุที่บ้าน (อผส.) และการสงเคราะห์ครอบครัวผู้มีรายได้น้อย ด้านเจ้าหน้าที่ผู้ให้บริการ พบว่า ผู้สูงอายุมีความพึงพอใจมากที่สุด ได้แก่ เจ้าหน้าที่แต่งกายเหมาะสม สุภาพ เรียบร้อย รองลงมา คือ เจ้าหน้าที่พูดจาสุภาพ ยิ้มแย้มแจ่มใส มีอัธยาศัยดี และเจ้าหน้าที่ให้บริการแก่ผู้รับบริการเหมือนกันทุกราย ไม่เลือกปฏิบัติ ด้านขั้นตอนการให้บริการ พบว่า ผู้สูงอายุมีความพึงพอใจมากที่สุด ได้แก่ ขั้นตอนแต่ละขั้นตอนมีความสะดวก รวดเร็ว รองลงมา ได้แก่ ระยะเวลาการให้บริการมีความเหมาะสมตรงต่อความต้องการของผู้รับบริการ และขั้นตอนการให้บริการไม่ยุ่งยาก ซับซ้อน เข้าใจได้ง่าย ด้านสิ่งอำนวยความสะดวก พบว่า ผู้สูงอายุมีความพึงพอใจมากที่สุด ได้แก่ สถานที่ตั้งของหน่วยงานมีความสะดวกในการเดินทางมารับบริการ รองลงมา ได้แก่ อาคารสถานที่ให้บริการมีความสะอาด เป็นระเบียบเรียบร้อย และมีการจัดผังการให้บริการและอาคารไว้อย่างชัดเจน สะดวกเหมาะสม | |
