Abstract
การวิจัยครั้งนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์ดังนี้ 1) เพื่อศึกษาภาวะผู้นำทางวิชาการของผู้บริหารสถานศึกษา สังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษาประถมศึกษาน่าน เขต 1 2) เพื่อศึกษาประสิทธิผลของสถานศึกษา สังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษาประถมศึกษาน่าน เขต 1 และ 3) เพื่อศึกษาความสัมพันธ์ระหว่างภาวะผู้นำทางวิชาการของผู้บริหารสถานศึกษากับประสิทธิผลของสถานศึกษา สังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษาประถมศึกษาน่าน เขต 1 กลุ่มตัวอย่างได้แก่ ข้าราชการครูในสถานศึกษาขั้นพื้นฐาน สังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษาประถมศึกษาน่าน เขต 1 ปีการศึกษา 2565 จำนวนทั้งสิ้น 293 คน เครื่องมือที่ใช้ในการวิจัยครั้งนี้เป็นแบบสอบถาม สถิติที่ใช้ในการวิเคราะห์ข้อมูล ได้แก่ ค่าร้อยละ ค่าเฉลี่ย ส่วนเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน และค่าสัมประสิทธิ์สหสัมพันธ์แบบเพียร์สัน ผลการวิจัยพบว่า 1) ผลการศึกษาระดับภาวะผู้นำทางวิชาการของผู้บริหารสถานศึกษา สังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษาประถมศึกษาน่าน เขต 1 ในภาพรวมภาวะผู้นำทางวิชาการของผู้บริหารสถานศึกษาทั้ง 4 ด้านอยู่ในระดับมาก 2) ผลการศึกษาระดับประสิทธิผลของสถานศึกษา สังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษาประถมศึกษาน่าน เขต 1 ในภาพรวมอยู่ในระดับมาก 3) ผลการวิเคราะห์ความสัมพันธ์ระหว่างภาวะผู้นำทางวิชาการของผู้บริหารสถานศึกษากับประสิทธิผลของสถานศึกษา สังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษาประถมศึกษาน่าน เขต 1 ใช้การวิเคราะห์หาค่าสัมประสิทธิ์สหสัมพันธ์ของเพียร์สัน พบว่า ภาวะผู้นำทางวิชาการของผู้บริหารสถานศึกษามีความสัมพันธ์กันทางบวกกับประสิทธิผลของสถานศึกษาในระดับสูง อย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติที่ระดับ 0.05
Description
The objectives of this research are as follows: 1) To study the academic leadership of school administrators under the Office of Nan Primary Educational Service Area 1. 2) To study the effectiveness of educational institutions under the Office of Nan Primary Educational Service Area 1. And 3) to study the relationship between academic leadership of school administrators and the effectiveness of educational institutions. The samples of this study were 293 teachers in the primary school which under the Office of Nan Primary Educational Service Area 1 in 2022 academic year. The instrument used to collect data was a questionnaire. The statistics used to analyze data were percentages, mean, standard deviations, and Pearson correlation coefficients. The results were as follows: 1) The results showed that the level of the academic leadership of the school administrators under the Office of Nan Primary Educational Service Area 1 was at a high level, the highest average was supervision. 2) The results of the study of the effectiveness level of the school under the Office of Nan Primary Educational Service Area 1 was at a high level. 3) The results of the analysis of the relationship between academic leadership of school administrators and the effectiveness of educational institutions under the Office of Nan Primary Educational Service Area 1 used the analysis to find the correlation coefficient of Pearson. It was found that the academic leadership of school administrators was positively correlated with the effectiveness of the school at a high level with a statistical significance level of 0.05.
