| dc.description | The objectives of this research were 1) to study the level of school administrators' skills in the 21st century in basic education institutions under the jurisdiction of Chiang Mai Primary Educational Service Area Office 3, 2) to study the school's effectiveness in basic education institutions under the jurisdiction of Chiang Mai Primary Educational Service Area Office 3, 3) to study the relationship between 21st century school administrators’ skills and effectiveness. of the school under the jurisdiction of Chiang Mai Primary Educational Service Area Office 3, the sample group including teachers in basic education institutions under the jurisdiction of Chiang Mai Primary Educational Service Area Office 3, total of 333 subjects. The sample size was determined from Taro Yama's formula. By stratified random Sampling according to the size of the school, The tool used for data collection was a 5-level estimation questionnaire. The result of the analysis was to find the index of consistency (IOC). The overall skills of school administrators in the 21st century was equal to 1.00 for all items. The effectiveness of school administration was equal to 1.00 for all items. And find the alpha coefficient (Alpha Coefficient) confidence value on both sides the overall skills of school administrators in the 21st century was equal to .97 and effectiveness of school administration was equal to .96 Statistics used in data analysis were Frequency distribution, percentage, mean, standard deviation. Statistics used to test the hypothesis It is an analysis of Pearson's Product Moment Correlation Coefficient. The results of the research were as follows: 1) The overall skills of school administrators in the 21st century under the Chiang Mai Primary Educational Service Area Office 3 were at a high level. 2) Effectiveness of school administration. Under the Office of Chiang Mai Primary Educational Service Area 3 in the overall level was at a high level. 3) The relationship between the skills of school administrators in the 21st century and school administration effectiveness under the Office of Chiang Mai Primary Educational Service Area 3 had a positive relationship with statistical significance at the 0.01 level, which was consistent with the hypothesis set. | dc.description.abstract | การวิจัยครั้งนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์ 1) เพื่อศึกษาระดับทักษะของผู้บริหารสถานศึกษาในศตวรรษที่ 21 สังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษาประถมศึกษาเชียงใหม่ เขต 3 2) เพื่อศึกษาระดับประสิทธิผลของสถานศึกษา สังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษาประถมศึกษาเชียงใหม่ เขต 3 3) เพื่อศึกษาความสัมพันธ์ระหว่างทักษะของผู้บริหารสถานศึกษาในศตวรรษที่ 21 กับประสิทธิผลของสถานศึกษา สังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษาประถมศึกษาเชียงใหม่ เขต 3 กลุ่มตัวอย่างในการวิจัยครั้งนี้ คือ ครูในสังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษาประถมศึกษาเชียงใหม่ เขต 3 จำนวน 333 คน การกำหนดขนาดกลุ่มตัวอย่างคำนวณจากสูตรของ ทาโร ยามาเน่ โดยการสุ่มแบบแบ่งชั้น (Stratified Random Sampling) ตามขนาดโรงเรียน เครื่องมือที่ใช้ในการวิจัยเป็นแบบสอบถามแบบมาตราส่วนประมาณค่า 5 ระดับ มีผลการวิเคราะห์หาค่าดัชนีความสอดคล้อง (IOC) ทักษะของผู้บริหารสถานศึกษาในศตวรรษที่ 21 เท่ากับ 1.00 ทุกข้อ ด้านประสิทธิผลของสถานศึกษา เท่ากับ 1.00 ทุกข้อ และหาค่าสัมพันธ์ประสิทธิ์แอลฟา (Alpha Coefficient) ค่าความเชื่อมั่นทั้งสองด้าน ด้านทักษะของผู้บริหารสถานศึกษาในศตวรรษที่ 21 เท่ากับ .97 และ ด้านประสิทธิผลของสถานศึกษา เท่ากับ .96 สถิติที่ใช้ในการวิเคราะห์ข้อมูล ได้แก่ ค่าร้อยละ ค่าเฉลี่ย และค่าส่วนเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน การวิเคราะห์ค่าสัมประสิทธิ์สหสัมพันธ์แบบเพียร์สัน ผลการวิจัย พบว่า 1) ทักษะของผู้บริหารสถานศึกษาในศตวรรษที่ 21 สังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษาประถมศึกษาเชียงใหม่ เขต 3 ในภาพรวมอยู่ในระดับมาก 2) ประสิทธิผลของสถานศึกษา สังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษาประถมศึกษาเชียงใหม่ เขต 3 ในภาพรวมอยู่ในระดับมาก 3) ความสัมพันธ์ระหว่างทักษะของผู้บริหารสถานศึกษาในศตวรรษที่ 21 กับประสิทธิผลของสถานศึกษา สังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษาประถมศึกษาเชียงใหม่ เขต 3 มีความสัมพันธ์กันทางบวกอย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติที่ระดับ 0.01 ทุกค่า ซึ่งสอดคล้องกับสมมติฐานที่ตั้งไว้ โดยภาพรวมมีค่าความสัมพันธ์กันอยู่ในระดับสูง | |
