| dc.description | The objective of this research was to 1) study the role of school administrators in promoting teachers' use of educational technology in educational settings. 2) To compare the role of school administrators in promoting teachers' use of educational technology in educational institutions Dok Kham Tai Group 1 according to teacher feedback. Classified by education level and work experience the subjects used in the study were 92 teachers from 10 schools in Dok Kham Tai Group 1 using sampling according to Krejce and Morgan's ready-made tables. The research instrument was a questionnaire. The 57-item 5-level estimation scale had a consistency index (IOC) between 0.67-1.00 and a confidence of the entire questionnaire of .807. The statistics used for data analysis were frequency and percentage, mean, standard deviation (SD), t-test, and variance analysis. One-way ANOVA. The results showed that: 1) The role of school administrators in promoting the use of technology. The education of teachers in Dok Kham Tai Group 1 as a whole and individually is at a high level. 2) Teachers with different levels of education and work experience. There was no statistically significant difference in the overall and individual roles of school administrators in promoting the use of educational technology in Dok Kham Tai Group 1 institutions. Overall and individual aspects were not statistically significant at the .05 level. | |
| dc.description.abstract | การวิจัยครั้งนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์ เพื่อ 1) ศึกษาบทบาทของผู้บริหารสถานศึกษาในการส่งเสริมการใช้เทคโนโลยีทางการศึกษาของครูในสถานศึกษา กลุ่มดอกคำใต้ 1 2) เพื่อเปรียบเทียบบทบาทของผู้บริหารสถานศึกษาในการส่งเสริมการใช้เทคโนโลยีทางการศึกษาของครูในสถานศึกษา กลุ่มดอกคำใต้ 1 ตามความคิดเห็นของครู จำแนกตามระดับการศึกษา และประสบการณ์ทำงาน กลุ่มตัวอย่างที่ใช้ในการศึกษา คือ ครูในสถานศึกษากลุ่มดอกคำใต้ 1 จำนวน 92 คน จาก 10 โรงเรียนในสถานศึกษากลุ่มดอกคำใต้ 1 ใช้การสุ่มตัวอย่างตามตารางสำเร็จรูปของ Taro Yamane เครื่องมือที่ใช้ในการวิจัยเป็นแบบสอบถาม มาตราส่วนประมาณค่า 5 ระดับ จำนวน 57 ข้อ มีค่าดัชนีความสอดคล้อง (IOC) อยู่ระหว่าง 0.67-1.00 และมีค่าความเชื่อมั่นของแบบสอบถามทั้งฉบับเท่ากับ .807 สถิติที่ใช้ในการวิเคราะห์ข้อมูล ได้แก่ ความถี่ (Frequency) และร้อยละ (Percentage) ค่าเฉลี่ย ค่าส่วนเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน (SD) การทดสอบค่าที (t-test) และการวิเคราะห์ความแปรปรวนทางเดียว (One-way ANOVA) ผลการวิจัยพบว่า 1) บทบาทผู้บริหารสถานศึกษาในการส่งเสริมการใช้เทคโนโลยีทางการศึกษาของครูในสถานศึกษากลุ่มดอกคำใต้ 1 โดยภาพรวมและรายด้านอยู่ในระดับมาก 2) ครูที่มีระดับการศึกษา และประสบการณ์การทำงานแตกต่างกัน มีความคิดเห็นเกี่ยวกับบทบาทผู้บริหารสถานศึกษาในการส่งเสริมการใช้เทคโนโลยีทางการศึกษาของครูในสถานศึกษากลุ่มดอกคำใต้ 1 โดยภาพรวมและรายด้านไม่แตกต่างกันอย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติที่ระดับ .05 | |
