Abstract
การวิจัยครั้งนี้ มีวัตถุประสงค์ 1) เพื่อศึกษาการดำเนินงานตามมาตรฐานสถานพัฒนาเด็กปฐมวัยแห่งชาติของศูนย์พัฒนาเด็กเล็กสังกัดองค์กรปกครองส่วนท้องถิ่น อำเภอพาน จังหวัดเชียงราย 2) เพื่อเปรียบเทียบการดำเนินงานตามมาตรฐานสถานพัฒนาเด็กปฐมวัยแห่งชาติของศูนย์พัฒนาเด็กเล็ก สังกัดองค์กรปกครองส่วนท้องถิ่น อำเภอพาน จังหวัดเชียงราย จำแนกตามวุฒิการศึกษา และประสบการณ์การทำงาน กลุ่มตัวอย่างที่ใช้ในการศึกษา จำนวน 97 คน เครื่องมือที่ใช้ในการวิจัย ได้แก่ แบบสอบถามแบบมาตราส่วนประมาณค่า มีค่าความเชื่อมั่นเท่ากับ 0.964 สถิติที่ใช้ในการวิเคราะห์ข้อมูล ได้แก่ ค่าร้อยละ ค่าเฉลี่ย และค่าส่วนเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน การทดสอบสมมุติฐานโดยใช้การวิเคราะห์ความแปรปรวนทางเดียว (One-way ANOVA) จากผลการศึกษา พบว่า 1) การดำเนินงานตามมาตรฐานสถานพัฒนาเด็กปฐมวัยแห่งชาติของศูนย์พัฒนาเด็กเล็ก สังกัดองค์กรปกครองส่วนท้องถิ่น อำเภอพาน จังหวัดเชียงราย ในภาพรวมอยู่ในระดับมาก 2) การดำเนินงานตามมาตรฐานสถานพัฒนาเด็กปฐมวัยแห่งชาติของศูนย์พัฒนาเด็กเล็กสังกัดองค์กรปกครองส่วนท้องถิ่น อำเภอพาน จังหวัดเชียงราย จำแนกตามวุฒิการศึกษา แตกต่างอย่างไม่มีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติ และการดำเนินงานตามมาตรฐานสถานพัฒนาเด็กปฐมวัยแห่งชาติของศูนย์พัฒนาเด็กเล็ก สังกัดองค์กรปกครองส่วนท้องถิ่น อำเภอพาน จังหวัดเชียงราย จำแนกตามประสบการณ์การทำงาน แตกต่างอย่างไม่มีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติ
Description
This research aims 1) to study that the operation followed national standards for early childhood and development center affiliated local administration of Phan District Chiang Rai Province. 2) To compare that the operation followed the national standards for early childhood and development center affiliated local administration of Phan District Chiang Rai Province according to educational degree and work experiences. The study used 97 human samples. The instruments used in this study were a five-level rating scale questionnaire with the reliability 0.964 and the data were analyzed by descriptive statistics including percentage, frequency average, standard deviation and inferential statistics: One-way ANOVA. The results of the study found 1) the operation followed national standards for early childhood of child development center affiliated local administration, Amphur Phan, Chiang Rai was at a high level. 2) The comparison of the operation of national standards for early childhood of child development centers affiliated with local administration, Amphur Phan, Chiang Rai according to educational degree was different with no statistical significance. And the comparison of the operation follows national standards for early childhood of child development center affiliated with local administration, Amphur Phan, Chiang Rai according to work experiences were different with no statistical significance.
