| dc.description | The purposes of this Independent Study were 1)to study the state of code of conduct and 2) to study the needs and suggestions for code of conduct; for teachers in the secondary schools under the Phukamyao Educational Area United, Secondary Educational Service Area Office 36. The samples in this study consisted of 228 people, both the school’s administrators and teachers. The data were collected by closed form questionnaires and structured interview, analyzed by percentages, mean, standard deviation and descriptive. The results of this study found that the practice follow code of ethics of the teachers in secondary schools under the Phukamyao Educational Area United, Secondary Educational Service Area Office 36 in overviews at highest level. Considering 5 categories 9 aspects, there were 3 categories 7 aspects in highest level as followed: Code of conduct for disciples and recipients category; The first aspect is service with sincerity and equality. The second aspect is loving, kindness, caring and encourage the disciples and recipients equally. The third aspect is to be a good model; physical, speech and mind. The fourth aspect is to encourage the right learning, skills and habits for the disciples and the recipients with fullness and integrity. The fifth aspect is do not act as hostile or impede the physical, mental, emotional and social progress of the disciples and the recipients. Code of conduct for companion category; The sixth aspect is helping each other creatively, strongly in moral system, harmony among the teachers and code of conduct for profession category; The seventh aspect is love, faith, honesty, responsibility for the profession and to be a good member of the professional organization. Beside, there were 2 categories and 2 aspects in high level; Code of conduct for individual category; The eighth aspect is self discipline, professional development, personality and vision and Code of conduct for Social service; The ninth aspect is: to be a leader in economic conservation, society, art and culture, knowledge, environment, Keep the interests of the collective and adhere in the democratic regime with the monarchy. For needs and suggestions for improving themselves in code of conduct for individual, Code of conduct for profession, Code of conduct for disciples and recipients, Code of conduct for profession Companion and Code of conduct for Social service. | dc.description.abstract | การศึกษาค้นคว้าด้วยตนเองในครั้งนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์ เพื่อศึกษาสภาพการปฏิบัติตนตามมาตรฐานจรรยาบรรณวิชาชีพครู ความต้องการและข้อเสนอแนะเกี่ยวกับแนวทางการส่งเสริมมาตรฐานจรรยาบรรณวิชาชีพของข้าราชการครูในโรงเรียนมัธยมศึกษา สังกัดสหวิทยาเขตภูกามยาว สำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษามัธยมศึกษา เขต 36 ตามทัศนคติของผู้บริหารและข้าราชการครู กลุ่มตัวอย่าง ได้แก่ ผู้บริหารสถานศึกษา และข้าราชการครูในโรงเรียนมัธยมศึกษา สังกัดสหวิทยาเขตภูกามยาว สำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษามัธยมศึกษา เขต 36 จำนวน 228 คน เครื่องมือที่ใช้ในการศึกษา คือ แบบสอบถามและแบบสัมภาษณ์ วิเคราะห์ข้อมูลโดยใช้ค่าร้อยละ ค่าเฉลี่ย ส่วนเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน และการบรรยาย จากผลการศึกษาพบว่า การปฏิบัติตนตามมาตรฐานจรรยาบรรณวิชาชีพของข้าราชการครูในภาพรวมทั้ง 5 หมวด 9 ด้าน มีระดับจรรยาบรรณอยู่ในระดับมากที่สุด เมื่อพิจารณาเป็นรายด้าน พบว่า มีระดับจรรยาบรรณอยู่ในระดับมากที่สุด 3 หมวด 7 ด้าน ได้แก่ หมวดจรรยาบรรณต่อศิษย์ และผู้รับบริการ ด้านการให้บริการด้วยความจริงใจและเสมอภาค โดยไม่เรียกรับหรือยอมรับผลประโยชน์จากการใช้ตำแหน่งหน้าที่โดยมิชอบ ด้านความรัก เมตตา เอาใจใส่ช่วยเหลือ ส่งเสริมให้กำลังใจแก่ศิษย์ และผู้รับบริการโดยเสมอหน้า ด้านการประพฤติปฏิบัติตนเป็นแบบอย่างที่ดีทั้งทางกายวาจา และจิตใจ ด้านการส่งเสริมให้เกิดการเรียนรู้ทักษะ และนิสัยที่ถูกต้องดีงามแก่ศิษย์และผู้รับบริการอย่างเต็มความสามารถด้วยความบริสุทธิ์ใจ และด้านการไม่กระทำตนเป็นปฏิปักษ์หรือขัดขวางความเจริญทางกาย สติปัญญา จิตใจ อารมณ์ และสังคมของศิษย์และผู้รับบริการ หมวดจรรยาบรรณต่อผู้ร่วมประกอบวิชาชีพ ด้านพึงช่วยเหลือเกื้อกูลซึ่งกันและกันอย่างสร้างสรรค์ โดยยึดมั่นในระบบ คุณธรรม สร้างความสามัคคีในหมู่คณะ หมวดจรรยาบรรณต่อวิชาชีพ ด้านความรัก ศรัทธา ซื่อสัตย์ สุจริต รับผิดชอบต่อวิชาชีพและเป็นสมาชิกที่ดีขององค์กรวิชาชีพ และมีระดับจรรยาบรรณอยู่ระดับมาก จำนวน 2 ด้าน ได้แก่ หมวดจรรยาบรรณต่อตนเอง ด้านการมีวินัยในตนเอง พัฒนาตนเองด้านวิชาชีพ บุคลิกภาพและวิสัยทัศน์ และหมวดจรรยาบรรณต่อสังคม ด้านการปฏิบัติตนเป็นผู้นำในการอนุรักษ์และพัฒนาเศรษฐกิจ สังคม ศิลปวัฒนธรรม ภูมิปัญญา สิ่งแวดล้อม รักษาผลประโยชน์ของส่วนรวมและยึดมั่นในการปกครองระบอบประชาธิปไตยอันมี พระมหากษัตริย์ทรงเป็นประมุข จากผลสรุปเกี่ยวกับความต้องการ และข้อเสนอแนะของผู้บริหารสถานศึกษา และข้าราชการครูในการปฏิบัติตามมาตรฐานจรรยาบรรณวิชาชีพครู พบว่า ควรนำความต้องการและข้อเสนอแนะไปใช้เป็นข้อมูลในการส่งเสริมพัฒนาตนเองของครูในด้านจรรยาบรรณต่อตนเอง จรรยาบรรณต่อวิชาชีพ จรรยาบรรณต่อศิษย์ และผู้รับบริการ จรรยาบรรณต่อผู้ร่วมประกอบวิชาชีพ และจรรยาบรรณต่อสังคม เพื่อให้เกิดประโยชน์ต่อองค์กรต่อศิษย์และผู้รับบริการต่อไป | |
