Abstract
การสำรวจหนอนพยาธิในปลาไส้ตันตาขาว (Anematichthys repasson) และปลาหมอช้างเหยียบ (Pristolepis fasciata) จากกว๊านพะเยา อำเภอเมือง จังหวัดพะเยา ระหว่างเดือนธันวาคม พ.ศ. 2562 ถึงเดือนมีนาคม พ.ศ. 2563 โดยในปลาไส้ตันตาขาว พบหนอนพยาธิในปลา จำนวน 50 ตัว จากทั้งหมด 50 ตัว มีค่าความชุกรวมเท่ากับ 100% ตรวจพบหนอนพยาธิ 4 ชนิด คือ พยาธิปลิงใส Dactylogyrus sp. l พยาธิปลิงใส Dactylogyrus sp. ll ตัวอ่อนระยะเมตาเซอร์คาเรียพยาธิใบไม้ Haplorchoides sp. และพยาธิตัวตืด Senga sp. มีค่าความชุกเท่ากับ 12%, 4%, 100% และ 2% ตามลำดับ และมีความหนาแน่นเท่ากับ 845.02, 0.02, 1.16 และ 0.1 ตัวต่อปลา ตามลำดับ ส่วนในปลาหมอช้างเหยียบพบหนอนพยาธิในปลา จำนวน 49 ตัว จากทั้งหมด 50 ตัว มีค่าความชุกรวมเท่ากับ 98% ตรวจพบหนอนพยาธิทั้งหมด 8 ชนิด คือ พยาธิ ปลิงใส Dactylogyrus sp. I พยาธิปลิงใส Dactylogyrus sp. II พยาธิปลิงใส Trianchoratus sp. พยาธิปลิงใส Sundanonchus triradicatus พยาธิตัวกลม Spinitectus sp. ตัวอ่อนระยะเมตาเซอร์คาเรีย พยาธิใบไม้ Haplorchoides sp. พยาธิใบไม้ Allocreadium sp. และพยาธิหัวหนาม Rhadinorhynchus sp. มีค่าความชุกเท่ากับ 60%, 70%, 78%, 36%, 84%, 6%, 2% และ 2% ตามลำดับ และมีความหนาแน่นเท่ากับ 6.32, 5.00, 7.12, 17.56, 1.36, 0.16, 0.02 และ 0.04 ตัวต่อปลา ตามลำดับ
Description
Survey on helminths of Trey srawka kdam (Anematichthys repasson) and Striped tiger nandid (Pristolepis fasciata) from Kwan Phayao, Mueang District, Phayao Province was done during December 2019 to March 2020. In Trey srawka kdam, 50 of all 50 fish were infected with helminths. The total prevalence of infection was 100%. Four species of helminths were found: Dactylogyrus sp. I, Dactylogyrus sp. II, Haplorchoides sp. and Senga sp. The prevalence of infections was 12%, 4%, 100% and 2% respectively. The intensities were of 845.02, 0.02, 1.16 and O.1 per fish, respectively. In Striped tiger nandid, 49 of all
50 fish were infected with helminths. The total prevalence of infection was 100%. Eight species of helminths were found: Dactylogyrus sp. I, Dactylogyrus sp. ll, Trianchoratus sp., Sundanonchus triradicatus, Spinitectus sp. Haplorchoides sp., Allocreadium sp. and Rhadinorhynchus sp. The prevalence of infections was 60%, 70%, 78%, 36%, 84%, 6%, 2% and 2% respectively. The intensities were 6.32, 5.00, 7.12, 17.56, 1.36, 0.16, 0.02 and 0.04 per fish, respectively.
