| dc.description | The aim of this study was to investigate the community participation in Managing Preschool Education Provision of Chaehom Sub-district Administrative Organization, Chaehom District, Lampang Province according to Department of Local Administration Managing Preschool Education Provision operation standard. The population of this study was 109 people, Administrators of Chaehom Sub-district Administrative Organization, Member of the sub district Administrative Organization Council, community leaders, Preschool Education Provision committees and parents. Questionnaire was used in this study. The data collected were analyzed by frequency, percentage, mean and standard deviation. The result revealed that the overall aspects of community participation in Managing Preschool Education were rated at the highest level in academic and curricular activities, buildings and facilities, environment and safety, personnel and management. | |
| dc.description.abstract | การศึกษาครั้งนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์ เพื่อศึกษาการมีส่วนร่วมของชุมชนในการจัดการศึกษา ศูนย์พัฒนาเด็กเล็กองค์การบริหารส่วนตำบลแจ้ห่ม อำเภอแจ้ห่ม จังหวัดลำปาง ตามมาตรฐานการดำเนินงานศูนย์พัฒนาเด็กเล็กขององค์กรปกครองส่วนท้องถิ่น ประชากรที่ใช้ในการศึกษา ได้แก่ ผู้บริหารองค์การบริหารส่วนตำบลแจ้ห่ม สมาชิกสภาองค์การบริหารส่วนตำบลแจ้ห่ม ผู้นำชุมชน คณะกรรมการศูนย์พัฒนาเด็กเล็ก และผู้ปกครองเด็กศูนย์พัฒนาเด็กเล็ก จำนวน 109 คน เครื่องมือที่ใช้ในการศึกษาเป็นแบบสอบถาม วิเคราะห์ข้อมูล โดยหาค่าความถี่ร้อยละ ค่าเฉลี่ย และค่าเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน ผลการศึกษาพบว่า ชุมชนเข้ามามีส่วนร่วมในการจัดการศึกษาทั้ง 4 ด้าน โดยรวมอยู่ในระดับมากที่สุด ได้แก่ ด้านวิชาการและกิจกรรมตามหลักสูตร ด้านอาคารสถานที่ สิ่งแวดล้อม และความปลอดภัย ด้านบุคลากร และด้านบริหารจัดการ | |
