| dc.description | Neck pain is the common disease that the prevalence distributed in all periods of age which related many factors of caused of neck and headache symptoms. Many reports of previous finding found the effects Mobilization and Manipulation while limit of the pooled data for synthesis the knowledge management of its. Therefore, this study was set up to determine the comparison effects of Mobilization and Manipulation on pain in people with chronic neck pain. Randomize control trial study published between 2002 - 2020 in English Data were retrieved from the Pubmed and Google Scholar databases 4,424 reports. Was include with the three independent reviewers screened and evaluated the quality of articles. A total of 5 studies met the inclusion criteria and were included in for the pooled data meta analysis. The results found that Manipulation technique significantly decrease pain more than Mobilization technique in people with chronic neck pain. However, further studies may be point to another outcome variable and included the studied more than 5. | |
| dc.description.abstract | อาการปวดคอพบได้บ่อยในทุกช่วงวัย โดยพบว่า มีสาเหตุเกิดหลายปัจจัย ทำให้เกิดอาการปวดที่บริเวณคอและศีรษะร่วมด้วย จากรายงานการศึกษาที่ผ่านมาพบว่า มีหลายรายงานการศึกษาที่สนใจประสิทธิผลการรักษาด้วยเทคนิค Mobilization และ Manipulation ในผู้ที่มีอาการปวดคอและศีรษะ แต่ยังมีการรวบรวมและสังเคราะห์ความรู้เกี่ยวกับเทคนิคดังกล่าวต่อการลดปวดที่จำกัด ดังนั้นการศึกษาครั้งนี้จึงมีวัตถุประสงค์ เพื่อสรุปหลักฐานเกี่ยวกับผลของการทำการขยับเคลื่อนข้อต่อด้วยวิธี Mobilization และ Manipulation ในผู้ที่มีอาการปวดคอและศีรษะเรื้อรัง โดยคัดเลือกการศึกษาที่เป็นการทดลองแบบสุ่มที่มีการควบคุมตีพิมพ์ระหว่างปี ค.ศ. 2002-2020 ที่เป็นภาษาอังกฤษ ถูกสืบค้นข้อมูลมาจากฐานข้อมูล Pubmed และ Google Scholar พบว่า มีจำนวนทั้งหมด 4,424 เรื่อง ผู้วิจัยทั้ง 3 คน ทำการคัดกรองและประเมินคุณภาพงานวิจัยแบบอิสระต่อกัน พบว่า มีงานวิจัยทั้งหมด 5 เรื่องที่ผ่านเกณฑ์การคัดเข้า และถูกนำมาวิเคราะห์อภิมาน ผลการวิเคราะห์อภิมาน สรุปว่าการขยับเคลื่อนข้อต่อด้วยวิธี Manipulation สามารถลดอาการปวดคอและศีรษะได้อย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติเมื่อเปรียบเทียบกับกลุ่ม Mobilization ในผู้ที่มีอาการปวดคอเรื้อรัง อย่างไรก็ตามผลของการศึกษาที่ได้จากการรวบรวมข้อมูล 5 การศึกษาเท่านั้นควรมีการทำวิจัยซ้ำในอนาคตด้วยกลุ่มตัวอย่างขนาดใหญ่เพื่อให้ได้ข้อสรุปที่ชัดเจนมากขึ้น | |
