Abstract
การวิจัยนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์ เพื่อศึกษา 1) สภาพการบริหารสถานศึกษาสู่ความเป็นเลิศ โรงเรียนสังกัดองค์กรปกครองส่วนท้องถิ่น จังหวัดเชียงราย 2) เปรียบเทียบการบริหารสถานศึกษาสู่ความเป็นเสิศ โรงเรียนสังกัดองค์กรปกครองส่วนท้องถิ่น จังหวัดเชียงราย จำแนกตามวุฒิการศึกษาและประสบการณ์การทำงาน กลุ่มตัวอย่างที่ใช้ ได้แก่ ผู้บริหารสถานศึกษา ครู และบุคลากรทางการศึกษา สังกัดองค์กรปกครองส่วนท้องถิ่น จังหวัดเชียงราย กลุ่มโซนใต้ จำนวน 10 สถานศึกษา รวมทั้งสิ้น 234 คน เครื่องมือที่ใช้เป็นแบบสอบถามแบบมาตราส่วนประมาณค่า 5 ระดับ โดยสถิติที่ใช้ คือ วิธีการแจกแจงความถี่ ค่าร้อยละ ค่าเฉลี่ย และค่าส่วนเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน เปรียบเทียบความคิดเห็นของผู้บริหารสถานศึกษา ครูและบุคลากรทางการศึกษาเกี่ยวกับการบริหารสถานศึกษาสู่ความเป็นเลิศ โรงเรียนสังกัดองค์กรปกครองส่วนท้องถิ่น จังหวัดเชียงราย จำแนกตามวุฒิการศึกษา โดยใช้ Independent Sample T-test และจำแนกตามประสบการณ์การทำงาน โดยใช้ One-way ANOVA ผลการวิจัย พบว่า 1) สภาพการบริหารสถานศึกษาสู่ความเป็นเลิศของสถานศึกษา สังกัดองค์กรปกครองส่วนท้องถิ่น จังหวัดเชียงราย โดยภาพรวมอยู่ในระดับมาก และเมื่อพิจารณารายด้านพบว่า สภาพการบริหารสถานศึกษาสู่ความเป็นเลิศของสถานศึกษา สูงสุดอันดับที่ 1 คือ ด้านนักเรียน รองลงมา คือ ด้านวิชาการ ด้านงบประมาณ ด้านผู้ปกครอง และสภาพการบริหารสถานศึกษาสู่ความเป็นเลิศของสถานศึกษา ต่ำที่สุด คือ ด้านครูผู้สอน 2) จากผลการเปรียบเทียบการบริหารสถานศึกษาสู่ความเป็นเลิศ โรงเรียนสังกัดองค์กรปกครองส่วนท้องถิ่น จังหวัดเชียงราย จำแนกตามวุฒิการศึกษา พบว่า ภาพรวมและรายด้าน มีความเห็นไม่แตกต่างกัน
Description
The purposes of this research are 1) to study the state of school administration toward the excellent school under jurisdiction of local administration organization, Chiang Rai Province 2) to compare school administration toward the excellent school under jurisdiction of local administration organization, Chiang Rai Province classified by educational degree and by work experience 3) to propose development guidelines for school administration toward the excellent school under jurisdiction of local administration organization, Chiang Rai Province. The populations were 234, there were school directors and teachers in 10 schools under jurisdiction of local administration organization, south group, Chiang Rai Province. The research instruments used a five-rating scale questionnaire and the data was analyzed into percentage, mean and standard deviation, used Independent Sample T-test for comparing the opinions about school administration toward the excellent school under jurisdiction of local administration organization, Chiang Rai Province classified by educational degree and used One-way ANOVA for comparing the opinions classified by work experience and the research revealed that; 1) the overall state of school administration toward the excellent school under jurisdiction of local administration organization, Chiang Rai Province was at high level. The implementation state ranking in each aspect considered from the highest to the lowest was: Students, Academic, Parents, Budget, and Teachers. 2) The comparison of school administration toward the excellent school under jurisdiction of local administration organization, Chiang Rai Province classified by educational degree was not different, and there were 3 pairs classified by work experience were differences of opinions with statistical significance at the level of 0.05.
