| dc.description | This survey research aimed to investigate predicting factors health promoting behaviors among Ethnic Group in Dongmada sub-district, Maelao district, Chiang Rai Province, 97 participants were selected by simple random sampling. The statistics were analyzed by number, frequency distribution, percentage, mean and stepwise multiple regression analysis. Results showed that predisposing factor and reinforcing factors were able to predict the overall health-promoting behavior of the Akha ethnic group by 56.30 percent (Adjusted R2 = 0.563, F = 31.88, Sig < 0.001). In each of these factors, it was found that there were 4 factors that were statistically significant in predicting health promoting behaviors. Predicting factors health promoting behaviors among Akha Ethnic Group with statistical significance were underlying disease, knowledge about health promotion, beliefs about health promoting behaviors and obtaining health information. | |
| dc.description.abstract | การวิจัยนี้เป็นการศึกษาปัจจัยทำนายพฤติกรรมส่งเสริมสุขภาพ ของกลุ่มชาติพันธุ์อาข่า ตำบลดงมะดะ อำเภอแม่ลาว จังหวัดเชียงราย เป็นการวิจัยเชิงสำรวจ (Survey research) คำนวณกลุ่มตัวอย่าง โดยใช้สูตรการคำนวณของ Krejcie & Morgan สุ่มตัวอย่างอย่างง่าย (Simple Random Sampling) จำนวน 97 คน เครื่องมือที่ใช้ในการเก็บรวบรวมข้อมูลประกอบด้วย 1) แบบสอบถามข้อมูลส่วนบุคคล 2) แบบสอบถามความรู้เกี่ยวกับการส่งเสริมสุขภาพ 3) แบบสอบถามความเชื่อเกี่ยวกับพฤติกรรมส่งเสริมสุขภาพ 4) แบบสอบถามการมีแหล่งทรัพยากรสุขภาพ 5) แบบสอบถามการได้รับข้อมูลข่าวสารด้านสุขภาพ 6) แบบสอบถามพฤติกรรมส่งเสริมสุขภาพ วิเคราะห์ข้อมูลด้วยสถิติพรรณนา และสถิติการวิเคราะห์ถดถอยพหุคูณแบบขั้นตอน ผลการวิจัยพบว่า ปัจจัยนำ ได้แก่ โรคประจำตัว ความรู้เกี่ยวกับการส่งเสริมสุขภาพ ความเชื่อเกี่ยวกับพฤติกรรมส่งเสริม และปัจจัยเสริม ได้แก่ การได้รับข้อมูลข่าวสารด้านสุขภาพ สามารถร่วมกันทำนายพฤติกรรมส่งเสริมสุขภาพ ได้ร้อยละ 56.30 ได้อย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติที่ระดับ 0.05 (Adjusted R2 = 0.563, F = 31.88, Sig < 0.001) | |
