| dc.description | Studies on the giving pumpkin as feed for rabbit during pregnancy on rabbit newborn weight aims to study nutritional value of protein in rabbit complete feed and supplement feed form pumpkin by analyzed of crude protein in feed three groups were 1. complete feed, 2. complete feed mixed with pumpkin and 3. dried pumpkin feed, the rabbits were fed for 10 weeks, data of rabbit gestation period, rabbit birth weight, and the growth weight after weaning for 6 weeks was collected. The results found that the rabbits had the gestation was 30 ± 1.41 days. The rabbit got high crude protein fed tend to be eaten less than in low crude protein fed group. The crude protein did not affect to litter size (3.00 ± 2.82), birth weight was inverse correlation with the litter size. Group 3 had the highest birth weight (49.20 ± 7.08g), rabbit newborn got dried pumpkin feed had the highest weight (531.30 ± 66.95g). The result indicates that the pumpkin can be used for supplement feed for rabbit but should not be the main feed. | |
| dc.description.abstract | การศึกษาการใช้ฟักทองเป็นอาหารกับกระต่ายในระยะการตั้งครรภ์ ต่อน้ำหนักลูกกระต่ายแรกเกิดและปริมาณโปรตีนที่กระต่ายได้รับ มีวัตถุประสงค์ เพื่อศึกษาคุณค่าทางสารอาหารประเภทโปรตีน ในอาหารสำเร็จรูปกระต่าย และอาหารทดแทนที่แปรรูปจากฟักทอง โดย วิเคราะห์หาค่าโปรตีนในอาหาร 3 กลุ่ม คือ 1. อาหารสาเร็จรูป 2. อาหารผสมฟักทอง และ 3. ฟักทองอบแห้ง โดยมีการให้กระต่ายเป็นระยะเวลา 10 สัปดาห์ บักทึกเวลาการตั้งครรภ์ของกระต่าย, น้ำหนักตัวแรกเกิดของลูกกระต่าย และน้ำหนักเจริญเติบโตหลังหย่านม 6 สัปดาห์ของลูกกระต่าย ผลจากการศึกษาพบว่า กระต่ายตั้งครรภ์เฉลี่ยที่ 30 ±1.41 วัน กระต่ายที่ได้รับอาหารที่มีโปรตีนสูงมีแนวโน้มว่าจะกินอาหารน้อยกว่ากระต่ายที่กินอาหารมีโปรตีนต่า ปริมาณโปรตีนไม่ได้ส่งผลต่อจำนวนลูกต่อครอก เฉลี่ยกระต่ายให้ลูก 3 ±2.82 ตัวต่อครอก น้ำหนักของลูกกระต่ายแรกเกิดจะมีความสัมพันธ์ในทางตรงข้ามกับขนาดของครอก กลุ่มที่ 3 มีน้ำหนักตัวลูกกระต่ายแรกเกิดมากที่สุด 49.20 ±7.08 กรัม น้ำหนักลูกกระต่ายเฉลี่ยเมื่อหย่านมในกลุ่มที่ได้รับฟักทองอบแห้งมีน้ำหนักตัวที่มากที่สุด 531.80 ± 66.95 กรัม จากข้อมูลดังกล่าวฟักทองสามารถนำมาแปรรูปเป็นอาหารเสริมให้กับกระต่ายได้เป็นอย่างดีแต่ไม่ควรให้เป็นอาหารหลัก | |
