| dc.description | This study aimed to study the level of participation in the administration of student care systems of schools in Phraya Wang Sub-district, and 2) compare the participation in the administration of student care systems of schools in Phraya Wang Sub-district, classified by work experience and school size. The study sample consisted of 136 school administrators and teachers in Phraya Wang Sub-district. A questionnaire was used as the study tool. Data were analyzed using frequency, percentage, mean and standard deviation, T-test, F-test, and One-way ANOVA. The results of the study found that 1) the level of participation in the administration of student care systems of schools in Phraya Wang Sub-district was at a high level overall. 2) The results of the comparison of participation in the administration of student care systems of schools in Phraya Wang Sub-district, classified by school size, found that overall, there were statistically significant differences at the .05 level, and each aspect had statistically significant differences at the .05 level. | dc.description.abstract | การศึกษาครั้งนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์ ดังนี้ 1) เพื่อศึกษาระดับการมีส่วนร่วมในการบริหารงานระบบดูแลช่วยเหลือนักเรียนของโรงเรียนในสหวิทยาเขตพญาวัง และ 2) เพื่อเปรียบเทียบการมีส่วนร่วมในการบริหารงานระบบดูแลช่วยเหลือนักเรียนของโรงเรียนในสหวิทยาเขตพญาวัง จำแนกตามประสบการณ์ในการทำงานและขนาดของโรงเรียน โดยได้ศึกษาจากกลุ่มตัวอย่าง ประกอบด้วยผู้บริหารและครูสังกัดโรงเรียนในสหวิทยาเขตพญาวัง จำนวน 136 คน ใช้แบบสอบถามเป็นเครื่องมือในการศึกษา และวิเคราะห์ข้อมูลโดยใช้ค่าความถี่ ค่าร้อยละ ค่าเฉลี่ย และส่วนเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน การทดสอบ T-test, F-test และ One-way ANOVA ผลการศึกษาพบว่า 1) ระดับการมีส่วนร่วมในการบริหารงานระบบดูแลช่วยเหลือนักเรียนของโรงเรียนในสหวิทยาเขตพญาวัง ในภาพรวมเฉลี่ยอยู่ในระดับมาก 2) ผลการเปรียบเทียบการมีส่วนร่วมในการบริหารงานระบบดูแลช่วยเหลือนักเรียนของโรงเรียนในสหวิทยาเขตพญาวัง จำแนกตามขนาดของโรงเรียน พบว่า โดยภาพรวมมีความแตกต่างอย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติที่ระดับ .05 และรายด้าน มีความแตกต่างอย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติที่ระดับ .05 จำแนกตามประสบการณ์ในการทำงาน พบว่า โดยภาพรวมและรายด้านมีความแตกต่างอย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติที่ระดับ .05 | |
