Abstract
การศึกษาครั้งนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์ เพื่อศึกษาความหลากหลายของแพลงก์ตอนพืช ในอ่างเก็บน้ำอ่างหลวง มหาวิทยาลัยพะเยา ระหว่างเดือนพฤศจิกายน พ.ศ. 2562 ถึงเดือนกุมภาพันธ์ พ.ศ. 2563 ซึ่งในการศึกษาครั้งนี้ พบเเพลงก์ตอนพืชทั้งหมด 7 ดิวิชั่น 53 สกุล โดยดิวิชั่นของแพลงก์ตอนพืชที่พบมาก ได้แก่ Chlorophyta (24 สกุล), Cyanophyta (7 สกุล), Bacillariophyta (10 สกุล), Euglenophyta (4 สกุล) และ Cryptophyta (3 สกุล) โดยสกุลแพลงก์ตอนพืชที่พบจำนวนมากและบ่อยที่สุด คือ Microcystis, Pediastrum และ Monoraphidium จากดัชนีความหลากหลายของแชนนอน-วีเนอร์ ในเดือนธันวาคม 2562 พบว่า ในจุดเก็บตัวอย่างจุดที่ 2 ซึ่งเป็นจุดรับน้ำธรรมชาติมีความหลากหลายสูงสุด เท่ากับ 2.57 ดัชนีความสม่ำเสมอมีค่าเท่ากับ 0.87 และดัชนีความมากชนิดเท่ากับ 3.37 ในขณะที่จุดเก็บตัวอย่างจุดที่ 4 ซึ่งเป็นทางน้ำออกมีความหลากหลายต่ำสุดมีค่าเท่ากับ 1.50 ดัชนีความสม่ำเสมอเท่ากับ 0.63 และดัชนีความมากชนิดเท่ากับ 2.13 ผลวิเคราะห์ทางสถิติ (One-way ANOVA) พบว่า สกุลของแพลงก์ตอนพืชและดัชนีความหลากหลายของแต่ละจุดเก็บตัวอย่างไม่มีความแตกต่างอย่างมีนัยสำคัญที่ระดับความเชื่อมั่น 95%
Description
The aim of the study is to find out the diversity of phytoplankton in Ang Luang Reservoir, University of Phayao during November 2019 to February 2020. The 7 division and 53 genus were found in this study. The most common division were Chlorophyta (24 genus), Cyanophyta (7 genus), Bacillariophyta (10 genus), Euglenophyta (4 genus) and Cryptophyta (3 genus). Genera Microcystis, Pediastrum and Monoraphidium were found frequently and high abundant. In December 2019, the second sampling site where was the inlet had the highest Shannon- Weiner’ s diversity index (2. 57), the Species Richness and Species Evenness were 0. 87 and 3. 37 respectively. While the lowest Shannon-Weiner’ s diversity index, Species Richness and Species Evenness were found at the fourth sampling site (outlet) which were 1.50, 0.63 and 2.13 respectively. The One-way ANOVA revealed that there is no significant of phytoplankton and biological diversity indices within each sampling sites at 95% confidence.
