| dc.description | The objectives of this research are: 1) to compare the academic management of school administrators under the Lampang Primary Educational Area Office 1 is classified by position, work experience and size of the educational institution 2) to study the development guidelines for academic management of school administrators. under the Lampang Primary Educational Area Office 1, the sample used in the study was government officials, teachers, and school administrators. In the Lampang Primary Educational Area Office 1, which was obtained by opening the ready-made table of Kerjcie and Morgan (In the selection of the sample, the confidence was set at 95% and the margin of error was not more than 0.5, and a sample of 274 people was obtained. The conformity index value is equal to 1.00 The confidence of the questionnaire is equal to: 0.95 The statistics used in the data analysis included general information of the respondents, including location, work experience, and the size of the educational institution. Analyze the data by finding the frequency value ( Frequency) and the percentage value (Percentage) Opinions of teachers and administrators of educational institutions on the academic management of educational institutions were analyzed by averaging (Mean) and standard deviation (Standard Deviation) The position uses the t-value statistic (t-test or Independent Samples Test) Work experience and size of the educational institution The statistics used to analyze the data used (f-test or One-Way ANOVA) It was used to analyze and compare the difference in the mean values of three or more groups at the confidence level of 95% . LSD According to the results of the research, 1) Academic Management of Educational Institutions under the Lampang Primary Educational Area Office 1, the overall level is very high in all aspects. 2) According to the results of the comparison of school administrators and teachers, classified by position, classified by experience, and classified by the size of the educational institution, it was found that there was a statistically significant difference in all aspects. 0. 05 3) Suggestions on the academic management guidelines of educational institutions affiliated to the Lampang Primary Educational Area Office 1 It was found that educational institutions should clearly define their operational plans and workloads for curriculum development, adopt technology, develop critical thinking skills, and promote understanding of assessment based on actual conditions. | |
| dc.description.abstract | การวิจัยนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์ 1) เพื่อเปรียบเทียบการบริหารงานวิชาการของผู้บริหารสถานศึกษา ในสังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษาประถมศึกษาลำปาง เขต 1 จำแนกตามตำแหน่ง ประสบการณ์การทำงาน และขนาดของสถานศึกษา 2) เพื่อศึกษาแนวทางการพัฒนาการบริหารงานวิชาการของผู้บริหารสถานศึกษา ในสังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษาประถมศึกษาลำปาง เขต 1 กลุ่มตัวอย่างที่ใช้ในการศึกษา ได้แก่ ข้าราชการครูและผู้บริหารสถานศึกษา ในสังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษาประถมศึกษาลำปาง เขต 1 ซึ่งได้มาโดยวิธีการเปิดตารางสำเร็จรูปของ Kerjcie and Morgan (1970) ในการคัดเลือกกลุ่มตัวอย่าง กำหนดความเชื่อมั่น 95% ความคลาดเคลื่อนไม่เกิน 0.5 ได้กลุ่มตัวอย่าง จำนวน 274 คน เครื่องมือที่ใช้ในการวิจัย คือ เครื่องมือที่ใช้ในการวิจัยครั้งนี้เป็นแบบตรวจสอบรายการ และแบบสอบถามเป็นแบบมาตราส่วน ประมาณค่ามีค่าดัชนีความสอดคล้องได้เท่ากับ 1.00 ความเชื่อมั่นของแบบสอบถาม เท่ากับ 0.95 สถิติที่ใช้ในการวิเคราะห์ข้อมูล ได้แก่ ข้อมูลทั่วไปของผู้ตอบแบบสอบถาม ได้แก่ ตำแหน่ง ประสบการณ์ในการทำงาน และขนาดของสถานศึกษา วิเคราะห์ข้อมูล โดยหาค่าความถี่ (Frequency) และค่าร้อยละ (Percentage) ความคิดเห็นของข้าราชการครู และผู้บริหารสถานศึกษาที่มีต่อการบริหารงานวิชาการของสถานศึกษา วิเคราะห์โดยการหาค่าเฉลี่ย (Mean) และส่วนเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน (Standard Deviation) ตำแหน่งใช้สถิติค่าที (t-test หรือ Independent Samples Test) ประสบการณ์การทำงาน และขนาดของสถานศึกษา สถิติที่ใช้ในการวิเคราะห์ข้อมูลใช้ (F-test หรือ One-way ANOVA) ซึ่งใช้วิเคราะห์เปรียบเทียบความแตกต่างของค่าเฉลี่ยของกลุ่มตัวอย่างตั้งแต่สามกลุ่มขึ้นไป ที่ระดับความเชื่อมั่น 95% เมื่อพบความแตกต่างกัน ทำการเปรียบเทียบเป็นรายคู่ด้วยวิธีการของ LSD จากผลการวิจัยพบว่า 1) การบริหารงานวิชาการของสถานศึกษา ในสังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษาประถมศึกษาลำปาง เขต 1 โดยภาพรวมอยู่ในระดับมากทุกด้าน 2) จากผลการเปรียบเทียบของผู้บริหารสถานศึกษาและข้าราชการครู จำแนกตามตำแหน่ง จำแนกตามประสบการณ์ และจำแนกตามขนาดของสถานศึกษา พบว่า โดยรวมแตกต่างกันทุกด้าน อย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติที่ระดับ 0.05 3) ข้อเสนอแนะแนวทางการบริหารงานวิชาการของสถานศึกษาในสังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษาประถมศึกษาลำปาง เขต 1 พบว่า สถานศึกษาควรกำหนดแผนปฏิบัติงานและภาระงานด้านพัฒนาหลักสูตรให้ชัดเจน นำเทคโนโลยีมาใช้ พัฒนาทักษะการคิดวิเคราะห์ และส่งเสริมความเข้าใจในการประเมินตามสภาพจริง | |
