| dc.description.abstract | งานวิจัยเรื่องนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์ เพื่อศึกษาการมีส่วนร่วมและเปรียบเทียบการมีส่วนร่วม ในการป้องกันและควบคุมโรคไข้เลือดออกของกลุ่มองค์กรของตำบลหนองแก๋ว อำเภอหางดง จังหวัดเชียงใหม่ จากกลุ่มตัวอย่างทั้งหมด จำนวน 528 คน คัดเลือกโดยการสุ่มอย่างง่าย เครื่องมือที่ใช้ในการวิจัยเป็นแบบสอบถามที่สร้างขึ้นจากการทบทวนวรรณกรรมที่เกี่ยวข้อง ผลการศึกษาพบว่า บทบาทการมีส่วนร่วมในการป้องกันและควบคุมโรคไข้เลือดออก ของกลุ่มองค์กรโดยรวมมีค่าเฉลี่ยเท่ากับ 103.10 เมื่อพิจารณาแต่ละด้าน พบว่า ด้านการค้นหา ปัญหาและสาเหตุของปัญหา มีค่าเฉลี่ยเท่ากับ 18.53 ด้านการตัดสินใจ และวางแผนการดำเนินการ มีค่าเฉลี่ยเท่ากับ 17.59 ด้านการดำเนินงาน มีค่าเฉลี่ยเท่ากับ 34.67 ด้านการประเมินผล มีค่าเฉลี่ยเท่ากับ 13.77 ในด้านการรับรู้ความรุนแรงของโรคไข้เลือดออก มีค่าเฉลี่ยเท่ากับ 18.59 การเปรียบเทียบบทบาทการมีส่วนร่วมในการป้องกัน และควบคุมโรคไข้เลือดออก การรับรู้ความรุนแรงของกลุ่มองค์กรโดยรวม และรายด้าน พบว่า การมีส่วนร่วมการรับรู้ความรุนแรงในการป้องกัน และควบคุมป้องกันโรคไข้เลือดออกในแต่ละด้าน มีความแตกต่างกันที่ระดับนัยสำคัญ ทางสถิติที่ 0.05 เมื่อพิจารณาเปรียบเทียบรายคู่ พบว่า ในด้านการค้นหาปัญหาและสาเหตุของปัญหา มีความแตกต่างกันที่ระดับนัยสำคัญที่ 0.05 ซึ่งกลุ่มที่มีความแตกต่างกัน คือ กลุ่มผู้นำ กับกลุ่มสตรีแม่บ้าน และกลุ่มอาสาสมัครสาธารณสุขประจำหมู่บ้านกับกลุ่มสตรีแม่บ้าน ในด้านการตัดสินใจและวางแผน มีความแตกต่างที่ระดับนัยสำคัญที่ 0.05 ซึ่งกลุ่มที่มีความแตกต่างกัน คือ กลุ่มผู้นำกับกลุ่มสตรีแม่บ้าน และกลุ่มอาสาสมัครสาธารณสุขประจำหมู่บ้านกับกลุ่มสตรีแม่บ้าน ในด้านการดำเนินงาน มีความแตกต่างที่ระดับนัยสำคัญที่ 0.05 ซึ่งกลุ่มที่มีความ แตกต่างกัน คือ กลุ่มผู้นำกับกลุ่มสตรีแม่บ้าน และกลุ่มอาสาสมัครสาธารณสุขประจำหมู่บ้าน กับกลุ่มสตรีแม่บ้าน ในด้านการประเมินผล มีความแตกต่างที่ระดับนัยสำคัญที่ 0.05 ซึ่งกลุ่มที่มีความแตกต่างกัน คือ กลุ่มผู้นำกับกลุ่มสตรีแม่บ้าน และกลุ่มอาสาสมัครสาธารณสุขประจำ หมู่บ้านกับกลุ่มสตรีแม่บ้าน และในด้านการรับรู้ความรุนแรง มีความแตกต่างที่ระดับนัยสำคัญ ที่ 0.05 ซึ่งกลุ่มที่มีความแตกต่างกัน คือ กลุ่มผู้นำกับกลุ่มสตรีแม่บ้าน และกลุ่มอาสาสมัครสาธารณสุขประจำหมู่บ้าน กับกลุ่มสตรีแม่บ้าน ผลการศึกษาครั้งนี้แสดงให้เห็นว่า ควรส่งเสริมและสนับสนุนให้ทุกกลุ่มองค์กรในชุมชนมีส่วนร่วม เพื่อจะทำให้การป้องกัน และควบคุมโรคไข้เลือดออกอย่างได้ผล และมีประสิทธิภาพมากยิ่งขึ้น | |
