| dc.description | This study aimed to study the transformational leadership level of the school administrators. In The Doi Santikhiri Education Network Under The Office of Chiang Rai Primary Educational Service Area 3 and to study recommendations for developing transformational leadership among school administrators. In The Doi Santikhiri Education Network Under The Office of Chiang Rai Primary Educational Service Area 3. The population used in the study were 6 school administrators, 2 deputy administrators, and 94 teachers in the Doi Santikhiri Education Network. Under The Office of Chiang Rai Primary Educational Service Area 3, Academic Year 2020, a total of 102 people. The statistics used in data analysis are frequency values. Percentage, Mean and Standard Deviation The results of the study showed that 1) transformational leadership levels of school administrators In The Doi Santikhiri Education Network Under The Office of Chiang Rai Primary Educational Service Area 3, the overall level was at a high level. When considering each aspect, it was found that all aspects had opinions at a high level. 2) The feedback of the respondents on the strategic leadership of the school administrators. When considered individually, it was found that on the ideological influence, it was found that the school administrators should adhere to the ideology aiming to develop learners mainly with moral knowledge upright be firm and aware of their roles and duties. For inspiration, it was found that school administrators should be more positive than negative ones. Have good communication skills in terms of cognitive stimulation, it was found that administrators should be knowledgeable, understand the changing conditions in the age of education 4.0, and in considering the individuality. School administrators promote and support democratic opinion. Respect the rights of others, recognize differences between individuals and accept differences. To assign tasks that are suitable for each person's potential. | |
| dc.description.abstract | การศึกษานี้มีวัตถุประสงค์ เพื่อศึกษาระดับภาวะผู้นำการเปลี่ยนแปลงของผู้บริหารสถานศึกษาในกลุ่มเครือข่ายการศึกษาดอยสันติคีรี สังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษาประถมศึกษาเชียงราย เขต 3 และเพื่อศึกษาข้อเสนอแนะเพื่อพัฒนาเกี่ยวกับภาวะผู้นำการเปลี่ยนแปลงของผู้บริหารสถานศึกษา ในกลุ่มเครือข่ายการศึกษาดอยสันติคีรี สังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษาประถมศึกษาเชียงราย เขต 3 ประชากรที่ใช้ในการศึกษา ได้แก่ ผู้บริหารสถานศึกษา จำนวน 6 คน รองผู้บริหารสถานศึกษา 2 คน และครูผู้สอน จำนวน 94 คน ในกลุ่มเครือข่ายการศึกษาดอยสันติคีรี สังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษาประถมศึกษาเชียงราย เขต 3 ปีการศึกษา 2563 รวมทั้งสิ้นจำนวน 102 คน สถิติที่ใช้ในการวิเคราะห์ข้อมูล คือ ค่าความถี่ ค่าร้อยละ ค่าเฉลี่ย และส่วนเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน ผลการศึกษาพบว่า 1) ระดับภาวะผู้นำการเปลี่ยนแปลงของผู้บริหารสถานศึกษา ในกลุ่มเครือข่ายการศึกษาดอยสันติคีรี สังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษาประถมศึกษาเชียงราย เขต 3 โดยภาพรวม อยู่ในระดับมาก เมื่อพิจารณาเป็นรายด้าน พบว่า ทุกด้านมีความคิดเห็นอยู่ในระดับมาก 2) ข้อเสนอแนะของผู้ตอบแบบสอบถามเกี่ยวกับภาวะผู้นำเชิงกลยุทธ์ของผู้บริหารสถานศึกษา เมื่อพิจารณาเป็นรายด้าน พบว่า ด้านการมีอิทธิพลอย่างมีอุดมการณ์ พบว่า ผู้บริหารสถานศึกษาควรยึดมั่นในอุดมการณ์ มุ่งพัฒนาผู้เรียนเป็นหลัก มีความรู้คู่คุณธรรม มีความเที่ยงธรรม มีความหนักแน่นตระหนักถึงบทบาทและหน้าที่ของตนเอง ด้านการสร้างแรงบันดาลใจ พบว่า ผู้บริหารสถานศึกษาควรมีการสร้างแรงบันดาลใจเชิงบวกมากกว่าการสร้างแรงบันดาลใจเชิงลบ มีทักษะการสื่อสารที่ดี ด้านการกระตุ้นทางปัญญา พบว่า ผู้บริหารควรเป็นผู้ที่มีความรอบรู้ มีความเข้าใจในสภาพการเปลี่ยนแปลงในยุคการศึกษา 4.0 และด้านการคำนึงถึงความเป็นปัจเจกบุคคล พบว่า ผู้บริหารสถานศึกษาส่งเสริมและสนับสนุนการแสดงความคิดเห็นอย่างเป็นประชาธิปไตย เคารพสิทธิของผู้อื่นคำนึงถึงความแตกต่างระหว่างบุคคล และยอมรับในความแตกต่าง เพื่อการมอบหมายงานที่เหมาะสมกับศักยภาพของแต่ละบุคคล | |
