| dc.description | Study on growth and induction of flowering Dendrobium bellatulum Rolfe. In vitro. The seedlings with height of about 2 cm were cultured on MS modified coconut water supplemented of growth regulators BA and Kn concentration 0, 1, 3 and 5 mg/l. After 3 months results culture on MS supplemented BA 3 mg/l increased the highest average number of shoots 5.2 shoot/ plantlets. The section on induction of flowering orchids, D. bellatulum that cultured in MS modified with coconut water and lower nitrogen into 5 imaginable Increase the phosphorus potassium 10 times added sucrose and 60 90 g / L. Induce flowering, the most 60-70 percent. The flower that come out is small, is not yet complete, depending on the age and size of the orchid. Because there is not enough food cumulative the flowers came out that cannot develop into a flower complete. The inflorescence in first only mild and atrophy finally. | |
| dc.description.abstract | การศึกษาการเจริญเติบโตและการชักนำการออกดอกของกล้วยไม้เอื้องแซะภูในหลอดทดลอง โดยการนำต้นอ่อนที่มีความสูงประมาณ 2 ซม. มาเลี้ยงบนอาหารสูตร MS ดัดแปลงที่เติมน้ำมะพร้าว และเติมสารควบคุมการเจริญเติบโต BA และ Kn ความเข้มข้น 0, 1, 3 และ 5 mg/l หลังจากเพาะเลี้ยง 3 เดือน พบว่า อาหารสูตรที่เติม BA 3 mg/l สามารถชักการเกิดยอดได้มากที่สุด 5.4 ยอดต่อชิ้น ส่วนการชักนำการออกดอกนั้น พบว่า กล้วยไม้เอื้องแซะภูที่เพาะเลี้ยงบนอาหารสูตร MS ดัดแปลงที่เติมน้ำมะพร้าว และปรับลดธาตุไนโตรเจนลง 5 เท่า เพิ่มฟอสฟอรัสกับโพแทสเซียม 10 เท่า ที่เติมน้ำตาลซูโครส 60 และ 90 g/l สามารถชักนำการออกดอกได้มากที่สุด 60-70 เปอร์เซ็นต์ ลักษณะของดอกที่ออกมาจะมีขนาดเล็ก ยังไม่สมบูรณ์ ทั้งนี้ขึ้นอยู่กับอายุและขนาดของกล้วยไม้ เนื่องจากยังมีอาหารสะสมไม่เพียงพอ ทำให้ดอกที่ออกมานั้นไม่สามารถพัฒนาไปเป็นดอกที่สมบูรณ์ได้ เกิดเพียงช่อดอกอ่อนในระยะแรกและฝ่อไปในที่สุด | |
