| dc.description | The objectives of this research are: 1) to study the creative leadership of school administrators in the 21st century according to the opinions of teachers under the Chiang Rai Primary Education Service Area Office 2, and 2) to compare the creative leadership of school administrators in the 21st century according to the opinions of teachers under the Chiang Rai Primary Education Service Area Office 2, classified by gender, age, and work experience. The sample group used in the study consists of 302 teachers from the Chiang Rai Primary Education Service Area Office 2. The sample group was determined using Krejcie and Morgan’s sample size table and was selected using stratified random sampling. The research tool was a 5-point Likert scale questionnaire, with an Index of Congruence (IOC) between 0.67 and 1.00, with a reliability coefficient of 0.97, The statistics used in data analysis included percentage, mean, standard deviation, T-test, F-test, and One-way ANOVA. When significant statistical differences were found, pairwise comparisons were performed using Scheffé's method. The research findings are as follows: 1) The study of the creative leadership of school administrators in the 21st century, according to the opinions of teachers under the Chiang Rai Primary Education Service Area Office 2, was found to be at a high level overall. 2) The comparison of the creative leadership of school administrators in the 21st century, according to the opinions of teachers under the Chiang Rai Primary Education Service Area Office 2, classified by gender, showed no significant differences overall or in any specific aspect. 3) The comparison of the creative leadership of school administrators in the 21st century, according to the opinions of teachers under the Chiang Rai Primary Education Service Area Office 2, classified by age and work experience, showed significant differences overall. Upon examining each aspect, there were statistically significant differences at the .05 level. | |
| dc.description.abstract | การวิจัยครั้งนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์ 1) เพื่อศึกษาภาวะผู้นำเชิงสร้างสรรค์ของผู้บริหารสถานศึกษาในศตวรรษที่ 21 ตามความคิดเห็นของครูในสังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษาประถมศึกษาเชียงราย เขต 2 2) เพื่อเปรียบเทียบภาวะผู้นำเชิงสร้างสรรค์ของผู้บริหารสถานศึกษาในศตวรรษที่ 21 ตามความคิดเห็นของครูในสังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษาประถมศึกษาเชียงราย เขต 2 จำแนกตามเพศ อายุ และประสบการณ์การทำงาน กลุ่มตัวอย่างที่ใช้ในการวิจัย คือ ครูผู้สอนในสังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษาประถมศึกษาเชียงราย เขต 2 จำนวน 302 คน กำหนดกลุ่มตัวอย่างด้วยตารางสำเร็จรูปของเครจซี่และมอร์แกน ใช้วิธีการสุ่มกลุ่มตัวอย่างแบบแบ่งชั้น เครื่องมือที่ใช้ในการวิจัยเป็นแบบสอบถามมาตราส่วนประมาณค่า 5 ระดับ มีค่าดัชนีความสอดคล้องระหว่าง 0.67-1.00 และค่าความเชื่อมั่นเท่ากับ 0.97 สถิติที่ใช้ในการวิเคราะห์ข้อมูล ได้แก่ ค่าร้อยละ ค่าเฉลี่ย ค่าส่วนเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน การทดสอบค่าที่ (T-test) และการทดสอบค่าเอฟ (F-test) และวิเคราะห์ความแปรปรวนทางเดียว (One way Anova) เมื่อพบความแตกต่างอย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติจะทำการทดสอบเป็นรายคู่ด้วยวิธีการของเชฟเฟ่ (Scheffe’) ผลวิจัย พบว่า 1) ผลการศึกษาภาวะผู้นำเชิงสร้างสรรค์ของผู้บริหารสถานศึกษาในศตวรรษที่ 21 ตามความคิดเห็นของครูในสังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษาประถมศึกษาเชียงราย เขต 2 ในภาพรวมอยู่ในระดับมาก 2) ผลการเปรียบเทียบภาวะผู้นำเชิงสร้างสรรค์ของผู้บริหารสถานศึกษาในศตวรรษที่ 21 ตามความคิดเห็นของครูในสังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษาประถมศึกษาเชียงราย เขต 2 จำแนกตามเพศ โดยรวมและรายด้านไม่แตกต่างกัน และ 3) ผลการเปรียบเทียบภาวะผู้นำเชิงสร้างสรรค์ของผู้บริหารสถานศึกษาในศตวรรษที่ 21 ตามความคิดเห็นของครูในสังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษาประถมศึกษาเชียงราย เขต 2 จำแนกตามช่วงอายุและประสบการณ์การทำงาน โดยรวมมีความแตกต่างกัน และพิจารณารายด้าน พบว่า มีความแตกต่างกันอย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติที่ระดับ .05 | |
